You can tell the quality of the meat based on how much fat you encounter, and rarely did we find any with the bistec sandwich. The pastrami was thinly sliced, which allows the other ingredients space for flavor. Another highlight of Siglo XXI is their variety of drinks, from having the typical sodas and Malta India, they also had fresh fruit drinks. Because of the distance to the University, they tend to have walk-in traffic but the waits are not long by any means, and the restaurant itself has plenty of seating and comes across as clean.
