The Nile is the longest river in the world, it's been the genesis of the worlds oldest religions & civilizations such as Kush, Abyssinia and Egypt.
But who would ever think that the origin of the Nile, a river which supports hundreds of millions of human lives, an incredible diverse flora & fauna and multiple ecosystems would be a little sprout in the ground in the impenetrable forests of Rwanda. https://youtu.be/4ZJqZ11iqYI
I somewhat have the same sentiments for Pan American Gem.
I was in somewhat of a quagmire, I needed a specific 8mm gold-filled stardust bead that no local bead store seemed to have. None of my usual downtown Miami suppliers had it, neither did any of the bead stores in Broward .
Even when I checked online, including Etsy, only a few of places had it, and of those places only a couple had any of good quality. Ordering it presented its own challenge as the ones with the best quality were located in China. Mind you, I needed this thing last week, so waiting 3 to 4 for a package to arrive from China was not an option.
I decided to order it from this one place in California, and I've been waiting for my package for over a week and a half with no update from USPS. When I went to usps.com and entered the tracking number, it just keep saying " all mail is being delayed", thanks to the illiterate orange ape.
So I thought to myself, let me call Pan American, I didn't call them initially because I checked this place out a couple of years ago and I "ass-sumed" this store was to small to have hard to find jewelry findings.
But not only did they have it, they had quite a few of them and of excellent quality.
To my delight the owner told me they specialize in gold-filled jewelry findings.
So my lesson is just as the great Nile river comes from humble modest origins, Pam American Gem maybe small, but they most likely will have what you're looking for.
Don't judge by appearance.
I mean when people look at me, they'd never know I am a ex-Sirian God, who used to be an intergalactic warlord who's temporarily stuck in human form.
