However, when I called to discuss it with the owner, he was more than happy to help. He went through and investigated the situation/preference cards, did not blame it on staff, all while trying to provide the best customer service he could. Giving us a peaceful process in our own home. Dr Dahlgren explained everything that would happen and made it a kind and caring process, never rushing us, giving us the time to say goodbye. 3. Respecting Taffy in how she was comfortably carried out and left our home. We appreciated how Dr Dahlgren came in with respect and kindness of our special girl by bringing a blanket filled basket that Taffy was placed in and carried out with such care. 4. Partnering with Agape Cremation who kept us up to date on each step of Taffy's cremation process. It was amazing and greatly appreciated. 5. Checking on us 4 weeks to the day that we had to say goodbye. We wish we had found LovingKindness when we had to say goodbye to our little boy, Runner, in 2016....I will never ever put my beloved companions through the stress of going to the veterinarian's office to say goodbye now that LovingKindness is here. Aussie is pretty busy, so I believe it was about two weeks from booking to my appointment. On the day of the appointment, our groomer was running late. She texted me about 15 minutes after my appointment time to let me know that she would be running behind. My only critique of my experience with Aussie is that I wish she had told me before my appointment time that she would be about an hour late. I would have planned my day differently in that case. Anyway, once she arrived she could not have been sweeter. She was bubbly and loving with our dog and I could tell she loved her job. She told me that it would take about an hour and a half, but she was done in around an hour. Our baby was fluffy and happy when she was done. I opted for the deshedding treatment and I do see a difference! Overall, the price was high at $120, so I'm not sure if I can commit to doing that every three months. But, these days, I am willing to pay for convenience and the experience was great. I imagine the cost would be less without the deshedding treatment.

About a year ago, I used Aussie Mobile Grooming and overpaid for a terrible haircut for my Chihuahua. I booked Bark & Mane thinking it was a different company, but apparently it wasn't. I scheduled my appointment for Sunday at 2:00 PM. I got home to make sure everything was ready, and instead of the groomer arriving prepared, I received a call saying she was outside and didn't know where to park. I told her I wasn't sure and asked if she had looked for a spot. She responded with an attitude, saying, "People usually tell me where to park." I was honestly confused. I asked, "What do you want me to do? I don't know where to park your truck." She then hung up on me. The appointment never happened. While I'm relieved I didn't end up paying for another poor grooming experience, it's unacceptable that a mobile grooming company expects customers to solve their parking issues. If you're operating a large grooming vehicle, figuring out where to park should be part of the job, not the customer's responsibility. If you live in the suburbs with easy parking, maybe you'll have a better experience. If you live in the city, I'd look elsewhere.

Since Nancy had trimmed her before and also had done my father in laws' dog before, we made an appointment. First they have no problem with you staying to watch the bathing or grooming, then they bathed our cat with no problem, which is pretty impressive if you ask me. The bathing is done expertly, humanely and efficiently with as little stress as possible. Nancy is excellent at grooming, telling us what she was doing as she worked and she even trimmed the claws and expressed the anal glands without us needing to ask. She worked quickly and handled our older cat gently and before we knew it, she was done. Our cat looks 100% better and no doubt feels better. Great place for pet bathing or grooming!

If you planned on shaving her versus appropriately grooming the dog, you need to indicate that you can't perform the service. Other groomers can perform this cut. I am disappointed in the service I received and the way they handled it.
