Pamela's plumbing team- whether it is Jenne(a)?, John or even Pamela are Fraud. 11/20/25, I spoke with Jenna telling her the exact problem with my kitchen faucet leak and where is it EXACTLY LEAKING. She assured me that John can look and if needs to be fixed he will do that right there and then. 11/21/25, John came to my house, checking and claiming that my kitchen Faucet has to be replaced, when the leak was from the pull up/down section of the faucet (passed snap on connect). This by itself is fraud and deception. John also said he would run it with my warrantee company and let me know my portion of the cost. However, he added that Choice would possibly pay for builder's grade faucet and install at no cost to me. Then they abandoned the service call for the next few days. 11/25, I called and Jenna(e)? gave me three different to cost me. I asked for the estimate/ proposed billed be emailed to me. She said, "we do not do that." I asked, I need a detailed estimate before work. She refused. I asked to speak with Pamela, she also refused. But I agreed to buy my own faucet for John to replace and set up appt. for 11/28/25 - 9:00AM to 1:00. 11/26 she called me to say that they would not do it, it would cost me $2005. Then said $325.00, then said Choice would pay for $190 and I have to pay $205. I again asked for estimate, bill.. be emailed. she refused; speaking with Pamela was refused, return my initial service visit fee, she refused.... Then she hung up. She called Choice to say that I was rude and uncooperative. Sadly for Jenna, Pamela and the entire company, MY CALLS Get recorded. Also, in 5 minutes I took my new faucet head and replaced the leaky one, while videoing the process (no cost to me) and without Pamela's fraud. Video is large for uploading. Worst company in existence. Had this company out for an insurance claim after having my house foundation raised after storm Helene. They bid the job for $750. Once working on the job they informed me the price was going to be $3950. This was the first issue where I had to return to the insurance company for a price adjustment and make them understand why such a large adjustment. 20 Trips and 17 days later I finally had water on to the house. Mind you I am disabled and now have had no restroom or water for 1/2 a month for a job that should of taken no more than a day or 2. After day 5 I stopped talking to the plumber who had no understanding of what he was doing. A small bathroom with a Toilet a Small Sink and Tub could be completely re-plumbed by an amateur plumber with only a lil understanding of the profession in 5 days. After a longer period of time I called the office was told they didnt know my water wasnt on yet bla bla they would send someone out (the same guy came ) 2 more days later Says everything is fixed. When he turns on the water I tell him I hear water under my house, He says we have no leaks. He leaves and I send the wife under and she finds multiple leaks all over including several pipes not even connected. We turn the water back off call Pamelas again. They set us up another appointment. Guess who shows back up. ... He leaves after this visit I make him wait while my wife goes under and she sees no leaks, Later that afternoon we go to use the toilet and find we have no water going to it. The wife goes back under the house find the supply line capped off and the supply through the floor just dangling. Then we get another visit to repair that problem by the same team. Then we have to call that the sink in the bathroom will not drain. I send the wife down to look and send the people at Pamelas a picture of a 45% pointed up-hill with the drain line running up-hill so that is causing the sink to back-up. They send a new guy that repairs this problem.... This is just some the highlights. I left out some the other calls and leaks we found However in the end we have a leaking toilet drain riser that we call and tell them about, and we get told that it is past the warranty date The new plumbers who come with great reviews and we wish we could have been able to get to start with. Will cost us $4200 to fix everything Pamelas already done and fix what they messed up. Biggest problem is they stole the money the insurance company was paying and now I must pay out my pocket. I read the reviews they are all over the place I'm assuming mostly because they are the one and only plumbing service contracted with American Home Shield home warranty. The warranty company has to approve some of the work before they can actually do it so it can be frustrating. However, they were honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had several repairs done over the course of 3 visits and still more to do. Not because of them but because of the warranty company. I would recommend them and use them in the future should I have any issues not covered by my warranty. read more

We had to do some remodeling to our kitchen due to water leaks and mold. We were connected with Pamela's Plumbing through the company that was handling the cabinet work and coordinating the remodel. I could not be happier with the service provided. They needed to remove everything and cap it off. Then they came back and installed the faucet, garbage disposal and an RO system. They were on time, very helpful during the process and the work looks perfect. We highly recommend them! (although we never got meet Pamela - lol ) read more

Waited here the full 4 hours 1-5 after receiving the confirmation text this morning about the appt. We spotted one of their bright red trucks on the road one day and made a note of it knowing that one day we would need their services. Sure enough a few days later we were having issues with our kitchen sink disposal. My mom was so feed up she wanted it removed but the plumber from Pamelas convinced her that it wasn't necessary and the unit was practically new. I'm sure he could have charged much more to take it out. Great service and very reasonable prices. We have used them on several occasions now and have always been very satisfied. They even had a great recommendation when we needed a bathroom renovation. We always prefer to support locally owned businesses over the chains and this is a business worthy of praise. read more

Our garbage disposal broke on Thanksgiving with a house full of people. I contacted our Home Owners Warranty service company to schedule the replacement since it was 8 years old. I called Pamela to have a gas line installed for my stove. Her worker came out and charged me $125.00 for an estimate that I paid but never received! I called the company several times and they were dishonest in telling me that they emailed me an estimate, I had to dispute the payment for services not rendered with my credit card company due to the fact that they would refund my money. My credit did an investigation and refunded my money back. I found Pamela's plumbing very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone read more

Our sink was not draining and was backed up so our home insurance called Pamela's plumbing to come out to service. Upon the service men unclogging our drainage which is also connected to our dishwasher connector we thought it was all good. But that night we went to run our dishwasher and noticed water sitting in the bottom, which was odd. So We thought naturally this was a little bit left from the sink back up so we ran the dishwasher. After the cycle was complete water was still there(twice) so we called the plumbing the next morning. No answer left a message. The next day still no answer or call back. Repeatedly called and finally got an answer. The receptionist after we told her what the problem was began saying this was not a connection to the plumbing which it was. She said she would call the plumber delay the message and have him call us back. He called back saying the same thing the receptionist said. Trying to say it could be a pump it could be the dishwasher going bad everything but let me check and make sure this wasn't something that I did. He Never wanted to take responsibility. After going back-and-forth he said he could come look if It had anything to do with the garbage disposal. I did not have the energy for foolishness. He also mentioned how his guy used someone's bathroom and the plumbing went bad but it wasn't there fault??? (Really???that speaks volumes) We are already getting ran over by gas prices and now for this company to do the same to honest working people just a shame. This company is dishonest. I don't see how they are ranked with 5 stars. We were referred by Home Shield Warranty over 3 months ago and no service was completed. The first visit one of the workers brings a 50 gallon tank when we have a 80 gallon tank. He quoted that "someone has order the wrong size tank" and it would cost us a extra $428 to bring your 80 gallon tank up to code. Our home was build in 2016 "very suspicious". Another month goes by I spoken with the someone in the office, their response "we are still waiting for your 80 gallon tank to come in". One month later someone from the front office calls us saying they no longer making any 80 gallon tanks and they would have to put two 40 gallon tanks in out attic with a extra cost of $860 Home Shield Warranty covers only charges us only $150 for all calls. I did my research Home Depot and Lowes have 80 gallon tanks in stock. I called back with questions about the making for 80 gallon tank I was presented with ignorant don't care attitude. I would not recommend this dishonest company to anyone. read more
