There is a check-in Yelp offer for 20% off but they won't honor it. I asked if it can be used and told by the waitress she will ask. After 10 mins I left my table and asked at the counter. Clearly it says to check in and like them on Yelp for 20% off and after seeing their prices for pasta and sausage "18.00" and I asked for 4.50 worth of broccoli and also told, "I don't know what you will be charged"... I don't know what my bill is... but I asked for broccoli and broccoli rabe in my pasta. :/ well this our first time here and probably the last. We got 6 garlic knots and iceberg salad. Elliot & I had dinner at Palumbo Restaurant which was scrumptious. I had shrimp parm & spaghetti w/marinara sauce. Elliot had sausage over penne pasta w/butter which was delish. We had a big salad. Everything we had knocked Villa out of the park. We have a new Italian restaurant to patronize. No more Villa. Villa is going down hill. I know its a bit late, but my family & I had my birthday celebration there on Nov. 30, 2024. The spaghetti they served me was in a tangled ball. I should have sent it back, but I didn't. I brought it home & threw it out. The chef screwed it up. How in the world do you serve pasta looking like a knotted hair ball? Disgusting!! read more

Stopped in for a quick slice. Got the vodka chicken slice and a white slice. It was somehow $9 paying cash. The vodka sauce itself is tasty, the chicken was not great but the slice itself was a pizza without sauce where they just put vodka sauce on top which is very weird and not how you make it. You can tell they are making 10 pies then putting the toppings rather than baking them into the pie. I should have taken a picture. read more

Poor customer service. The counter staff was annoyed. I only wanted one fountain soda with a couple of slices, and I corrected them when they gave me two. I didn't drink the other, but they were happy to charge me for it even after I complained. The manager or owner watched as I said something and just ignored my frustration with an employee who didn't listen to me at first or my complaint afterward. This was not the hosted dining room side either. Just want a couple of slices and one soda was all. read more

Everything we have tried this far is great here, we live so close to them but since they aren't on Door Dash or Uber we never really trued them but our teen daughter told us they deliver themselves so we made our first order, then another the next week lol. The linguini and white clam sauce is wonderful, the meatballs were a little bland for me, I like a little crust on my balls lol but they are good, eggplant park was good too. Now what I judge all Italian by is the chicken parm. It was a nice portion, comes with pasta, they aren't cheap charging you extra for pasta as I notice some other places do now, come on that's not a dinner! The chicken was tender, nicely breaded and tasty sauce and cheese, a classic. But the show stopper was their hot honey pepperoni pizza, it is amazing, we always order it from Corbo which is brick oven style but they are so tiny, and we need to order too many, this is a nice large pie, crispy crust, perfect amount of cheese to pepperoni ratio and perfect drizzle pf hot honey. Terrible customer service. My husband ordered catering from them for a work picnic. He was late in picking it up and a woman calls him very rudely saying his food is here. He says he's on his way and she hangs up. Then he gets there. There's 3 people behind the counter not paying attention. He's waiting. Finally he gets their attention and he says I'm looking for my catering order. They say, yeah, it's there. He tells them he needs to pay. The guy yells at him, "Pick it up off the counter and then you can pay." My jaw literally dropped. They don't deserve to still be open if they're going to treat customers this way. And the food wasn't great either. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Always have fresh slices out for customers. If you would like something you do not see displayed- they will gladly make fresh for you. Excellent service, and management. The pizza here is really good - especially the crust. Very thin and nice. if they could use real basil on their margaritas that would have been even better. Just don't order garlic bread there. The bread is really really bad. Poor quality, yucky, and they don't use real garlic - some sort of powder, I guess. Their garlic bread put me off garlic bread for the rest of my life. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We used to be frequent customers of Palumbos. The customer service here is TRASH. Mean and nasty employees. The owner is so rude. What drew the line for us as customers was when my mother ordered a roast beef sandwich and the entire thing was grizzle. Not only were they rude to my mom about it, they were rude to my father on a SEPARATE occasion. We used to go minimum of 4 times a month here. After that incident with the food and another with rude service, they've never gotten our business since. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

We ordered the Pasta Al Forno as an appetizer & Chicken Scarpariello for the main dish. Was quoted 35-40 min when I called it in, arrived ~30 min, paid & food came out near the 40 min quote. The pasta - for us the cheese on top was perhaps over toasted as it was on the dry side. Flavor was fine otherwise. Not sure I'd order this for a main dish without added protein though. The Chicken Scarp - excellent. The chicken & potatoes were very tender. The mild sausage makes this dish come together, it adds a level of savoriness to complement the balsamic sweetness in the sauce. I also like the long angled slices of sausage nicely seared on each side, it was not expected vs other versions that I've had. Meal also came with bread to soak up that chicken sauce. Also noting the place seemed packed, only 2 spots on their lot were open plus it sounded busy inside. Will try it next time onsite with one of my many fine bottles of wine. :)
