Due to a busy season it took AHC quite a while to fit us in, but once they did, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and for free as an apology for the delay. Naturally, having the reseal done meant we had a multi-month drought after, but at this point we've finally had enough rain I can say the reseal worked as desired. Based on our conversation it's clear that they both care immensely about their clientele - retained or not. While doing the necessary repairs to the home through insurance we also decided to take the opportunity to remodel our kitchen and dining room areas out of pocket. The contractor who came out was extremely condescending and belittling - assuming that my wife and I could not afford the cost of the project. On multiple occasions the contractor made unnecessary comments related to the anticipated costs of the remodel - alluding to our assumed inability to afford the scope of the work. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work done. There are plenty of contractors in the market that will deliver a high quality product without thumbing their nose at you or assuming that they're too good for any job.
