This is an awful practice, Barb and the front desk staff are extremely rude, they have no empathy for elderly patients. I called the office today in support of obtaining a referral for in network orthopedic. My mother suffered a fall and required urgent care. Their response to be extract" it's not my job to help you find an orthopedic provider you need to call your insurance" This is unacceptable what my elderly mother didn't have me to help her, god only know what they do to other patients. read more

The doctor is rude, he only cares about is his money and finds ways to make more money off his patients. The doctor does not believe in medical marijuana. nor will he sign the papers for his patient to get medical marijuana. Barb is horrible & the doctor only cares for himself and his money.... in the office there is more dirt on there air vents then there are on the table or anything else. Dr. Dalawari has concerns and acts like he cares but doesn't... plus he want everything free & he does not pay any of his staff anywhere near they all should be making. There are times I wonder how does he expect his workers to be professional when none of them get paid what any other person should be getting paid & he low balls all his workers pay and only gives 10 cent raises... shows how much he truly cares about both his workers and patient. Love Dr. Dalawari and his staff. Dr. Dalawari is amazing he has great bed side manner and takes his time to listen. I've been going to him for over 10 years and I'm so happy with him and his office staff especially Barb she's a gem. My husbands Dr. retired and now he goes to Dr. Dalawari, my husband is so happy he did. Thank you Dr. Dalawari and staff you all are amazing!!! read more

It's hard to rate this because on one hand, Dr. Dalawari was great. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with each patient to make sure he understood concerns and worked with you to find the best care. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were awful. Any time that I called, even when it was to schedule the appointment in the first place, the lady who picked up the phones seemed so incredible unpleasant, almost annoyed that she had to pick up phone calls for the office. Also, they are horrible at scheduling. I went in for my appointment in the afternoon on Friday. A lady sitting next to me was saying that she had been waiting for nearly 2 hours after her scheduled appointment time to be seen by the doctor. I ended up waiting just over an hour past my scheduled time to finally see the doctor. That right there already dissuaded me ever come back to this office. And lastly, I ended up getting a referral from Dr. Dalawari to see a hand specialist about an injury in my thumb but unfortunately that specialist did not take my insurance. Dr. Dalawari mentioned to me that if that would be the case, then to call back to the office and ask the receptionist to find a new specialist to see that would take my insurance. I called back that same day, Friday, and the receptionist said she'd get back to me that day, but no phone call. So, I called again Saturday and she said she was still working on it. I still didn't hear back, so I called on Tuesday and she finally told me that she would get back to me by the end of Wednesday. I never got a phone call and never got a new referral for the hand specialist. I pretty much gave up at that point with this office. I don't understand how they keep clients like this. read more

Barb is horrible & will cause this office to lose patient after patient...this from a CURRENT soon to be PREVIOUS patient

I absolutely love Dr.Dalawari he is an amazing Doctor however I agree with the other 2 people that posted a review.BARB is a HORRIBLE person and should NOT be allowed to work there. I don't even understand how Dalawari keeps her there knowing how many patients (almost 100% of them) complain about her! She lacks empathy towards her patients she is EXTREMELY RUDE! when you call and even when you're in person. I was at the office one day and a patient next to me was ready to go up to her and get physical she was so disgusted with Barbs attitude! As was I, but I advised her to just complain to the doctor. She has so many people complaining they really need to get her out of that office.No one deserves to be treated with such disregard and disrespect no one needs to feel stressed or uncomfortable walking Into the office for their appointment having to deal with her.GET RID OF HER ASAP OR she's going to come across the wrong person at the wrong time. read more

I went in for headache problems in beginning of December. Was set up with an appointment for a ct scan. I rearranged work to accommodate it. I received a call from hospital because I was bumped out because his office did not submit the insurance approval. This would happen two more times. I more or less gave up on it. A few weeks ago I injured my knee. I was set up for a mri appointment. Just like the ct scan I was bumped because they didn't send over the insurance approval. I was set up with another appointment. To make sure this did not happen I went in. Barb the office receptionist/manager was completely bothered by me coming in stating before even saying hello "I already spoke to your wife and I told her what I'm going to tell you and that I will get to it when I'm done with our patients here!" I did not know my wife called so I taken back by her attitude. The office was empty so I was confused by her "patients" statement. I was also a little agitated because I was still the patient that was not finished being helped from December. At that point I just asked if she could get it done because I have to arrange work days for these appointments. We called the booking a couple days later and it had yet to be done. They called her and provided her everything that she needed to do finalize the authorization practically holding Barb's hand and walking her through it. Needless to say I just got the call from booking a few minutes ago that I have been bumped again. My insurance is good and to be honest at this point I would just pay out of pocket to save agrivation. How is someone like Barb employed in this field? read more
