What really stands out is that they provide affordable cleaning without cutting corners. I've used them for both apartment and home cleaning, and the level of detail has been consistently impressive. They take care of the little things that many companies overlook, such as dusting hard-to-reach areas, cleaning baseboards, wiping surfaces thoroughly, and leaving kitchens and bathrooms looking fresh and sanitized. Whether you live in an apartment, condo, townhome, or single-family house, I highly recommend giving them a try. Scheduling was easy, communication was professional, and the cleaners arrived on time and ready to work. Finding a reliable and affordable cleaning service in Costa Mesa can be difficult, but WOWZSER MAIDS has been dependable, thorough, and reasonably priced. If you're looking for recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, or simply help keeping your home maintained, they are definitely worth considering. Turns out she is using a personal carpet cleaner- as was pictured on her Instagram, not a professional carpet cleaner. It was in that same picture she demonstrated how she broke the handle on our kitchen sink- something else we were penalized for. Also, when we came by to see the halfway point- every light was on in the house with every door open. Which I'm all for airing out a house, but it was letting in a ton of bugs which I pointed out by the front door. So in conclusion- it was not an enjoyable, relieving experience I was hoping it would be.

She is fast and efficient and gets our upstairs done in 2.5 hrs (two beds, one bathroom) and honestly the price is not bad. It's 40$/hr for one cleaner. I think the first time she cleaned it took 3 hrs because it was a new place but once she got the hang of it, usually done within 2.5 hrs. I did ask her if she could even help me hang my clothes for me, which isn't in their usual service, and she was happy to which I obviously tipped her more for. (Who else hates hanging clothes? Because I legit hate it so much). I always feel so refreshed after she leaves my house so clean. I def recommend this cleaner service! Also they are easy to contact because they text you and you can request cleaning services through text too!!

Do not be fooled by the low prices!! Do not recommend!…read more Was in search of a cleaning company for a move out cleaning for my place. Property is a 3 bedroom a bath home and because I wanted to leave the place in good shape. This review is based on customer service, service itself and overall satisfaction with the job requested. Let me start with the pros: -speedy response from Ren (to initially book the cleaning) -reasonable prices (however buyer beware you get what you pay for) Cons: -unprofessional staff-arrived late and unprepared for job didn't have the supplies or tools needed to clean the spaces required (i.e no step stool to reach higher up cabinets and fans) -requested areas to be cleaned were completely ignored (see pictures below) -did not wait as requested and as promised for final inspection before services were completed -owner requested for ME to call cleaner to have her return to finish the job Overall, I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. I arrived to the house as my housekeeper was leaving and instead of waiting she sped off! I tried to call her as well as the business owner and she ignored our calls. I even attempted to wait for her to see if she'd return to finish the job and of course she did not. Even despite me going over the areas I wanted cleaned with the cleaning staff (1 person) prior to beginning the job, areas In requested were not cleaned at all. I was left having to pay to hire another company to complete the job. Update on my review: As soon as I posted this review of course the owner Ren, had the audacity to call me and my husband scammers! No sir, you are the scammer claiming to be a "professional" cleaning service and posting slander about your clients when a review that is not to your liking is posted! I highly doubt I'd be considered an Elite reviewer on Yelp if this was the case! As added proof that the owner Ren knew that the job was poorly done I have added the screen shots of my texts with him, where he agrees for no payment to be issued. His comments are just another reflection of the poor service you'll receive if you waste your money on them.

Lack of professionalism and work ethics!…read more Mia and her co-worker were running late. So i called to confirm they are on their way and/or to make sure they were able to find the place. She did not answer the phone. I called again 5-10min later, she picked up the phone and I asked to confirm all the above, and she spoke in a way like it was normal that she was 15-20min late (duh) and said they were unloading the stuff from the car. ok. They came in and the attitude began right away. Maybe it was because there was miscommunication between the 2 properties I was quoting with her about whether or not the place was fully vacant (I was in the process of moving), but hey, nowhere on their page does it say they don't work on non vacant properties. So I kinda tried to help out, move stuff around for their access, told them not to go into areas where they cannot access understanding the challenges. But the attitude was still there - from both of them, but coming more from her co-worker. Rolled her eyes when she opened the fridge... if the place was clean I would have not called you, would I? There were couple of spots I pointed out to Mia that weren't well cleaned, so she took care of it, and I was hoping that sends a message that i expect a more thorough job. I went to do my workout in the garage and let them finish up. They finished earlier than I expected, nonetheless... I try to be empathetic towards people, even when they give me an attitude at first, understanding that we all have challenges in life. So i tipped them 50%. After they left, I noticed that they had not cleaned the windows properly nor the cabinets and oven in the kitchen as was asked. They did not work to get the place cleaned properly, they work to get their 2 hours minimum done. And on top of all of that, when my former landlord called them to confirm what work they had done, she told him that she was told to do light cleaning and clean the furniture only. Even though they did "clean" the bathroom, the windows, as I had communicated and sent pictures of prior. Her receipt states "deep cleaning", the stains in the cabinetry prove that they were unprofessional, especially as they claim furniture was all that was asked of them.
