The two stars is generous. I called, I explained my exact situation. Big house. We're trying to rent it. It is empty. It needs everything cleaned for new people moving in. I asked for a morning appointment, but then they told me they could only come at noon. I was concerned they wouldn't get the house completed in time, but the lady on the phone insisted they would and that they could send extra maids if need be. They came late. I had to call and make sure they were still coming. They arrived, I explained everything. I told the two girls I knew it was a lot of work. They said they would call in for more help. 5 hours later they told me they had to leave, and the house wasn't even close to be done. Floors hadn't been mopped. The kitchen sink hadn't even been touched. The girl reassured me the bathrooms were sparkling, and that at least made me feel a little better. When I went back to inspect the work after they left, I was surprised to find that the shower had mold spots, some drawers were not cleaned, and some areas were overlooked.... in the bathrooms. The area she claimed they cleaned so well. I called the following morning to complain. They offered to come back out. Didn't mention if there'd be a discount... But ya know what? Even if it was free I wouldn't want them to come back out. I don't like writing negative reviews for small businesses. I'd say this company would work fine if you had a little dusting and basic cleaning needs. Hence the two stars. I have another cleaning company coming out tomorrow. read more

I decided to request a quote for this service due to the great reviews already posted and after I received the quote (within a couple hours after filling out the online questionnaire) and communicated with Vlado via email, I decided to book my first cleaning. Vlado and Robert arrived at my house right on time. They immediately took their shoes off which I thought was very considerate and jumped right in to touring the place. They were very professional, asked a lot of great questions about my preferences and voluntarily provided me with a copy of their business license and a flyer that describes the eco-friendly product they clean with. Vlado then told me it would take them about 3 hours to finish as opposed to the 8 hours I was quoted for an initial intensive cleaning. My condo was recently completely renovated so it was already pretty clean. I had to leave for the day so he said he'd email me the final price when finished since I said I'd be paying online via Paypal. Having the option to pay through Paypal, with a credit card, is another huge plus for me. When I got home, the place looked great and there was no harsh cleaning smell at all. They even cleaned under my bed (where my chihuahua hides all of her treasures) which was a huge surprise. Also, they wiped down all the kitchen appliances and anything on the bathroom counters. They were even able to remove some leftover grease on the stove top that the previous owners left. Vlado emailed me the price that evening and I made a payment through Paypal right away. I asked him to come back in another 2 weeks at the same time and the appointment was available. He also reduced the price from $100 every two weeks to $80. I am very happy with my experience with EuroPRO and can't wait to have them back. Very good communication, very professional and no pressure at all. I found EuroPRO by searching Yelp, and they more than deserve all the 5 star reviews! Most importantly I LOVE that they are GREEN!! They get my apt. just as clean, with no harmful chemicals and odor. Seriously, NO cleaner odor whatsoever, just no more stale dirty apt. smell. They very friendly and professional, and even tolerate my hyper little Dachshund. I feel totally at ease having them in my home. I also love their website and that you can contact via email and text, and they're very good at getting back to you. No pressure sale - After you get the email with the quote, you can call them when you're ready. They don't contact you. They don't ask you to contract for regular cleanings. 3. Professional/Clear communication - Vlado came with his coworker to do a walk thru with me before they began. He also gave me a copy of his business license and explained the products used. 4. Punctual - Exactly on time. Hours estimated on quote was accurate. 5. Green - Plant-based products. No streaks, residue, or pungent chemical smell. 6. Quality - Thorough. I decided to use this service after seeing all the great reviews on Yelp. I have a 2800 square feet house with four bed and four bath. My family is pretty clean so there wasn't much to scrub (plus two of the bathrooms are hardly used), but my main issue was making sure that the house was as dust free as possible (since I have two little babies) and the floors were wipe of stains. My other pet peeve was that the sinks/showers gets a good cleaning to prevent too much water residues/calcium deposits and mold. I currently have another cleaning lady come by once a month and she does such a fantastic job but she is a little pricey so I decided to try this company to see if I can save some money and if I had liked them, would have used them biweekly. However, I was truly disappointed. They finished cleaning my house in 3 hours. They were friendly and listened to what I had wanted cleaned but unfortunately did not ask me to inspect anything before they left. When they did leave, I walked around the house and realized why it took them so fast to clean my not so small house. They didn't wipe my hardwood floor well at all--the stains that were present before cleaning, was still there after cleaning. They really didn't move any light furniture to clean underneath--it's so easy to move my pack and play, but they didn't even do that. They didn't sweep/wipe under my bed nor my babies' cribs (and there was a big enough gap for them to clean it easily) so there were still alot of dust balls floating around. They only wiped the area of my husband's office table and drawers that didn't have anything on it--they really didn't bother to move anything to ensure the dust in the inner side of the table was cleared. They didn't even touched my tub or the guest bathroom's tub--I guess they thought it was cleaned since it's rarely used but it was dusty and you needed to actually wipe it with something wet before you can see it. I don't even think they cleaned my shower thoroughly since there were still the water marks on my shower head and knobs. I'm so disappointed with the quality of work that I got for the amount of money that I paid--I was told that the first visit would be more expensive since it's a "deep cleaning", but it so was not! I guess I should have trusted my gut feeling when I doubted that they could finish cleaning my 2800 sq feet house in just 3 hours. Henry and his colleague were nice and friendly I must say, but unfortunately, based on their "lack of" cleaning, I won't be using them on a regular basis and I won't be recommending them as well. read more

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I am very impressed. I asked for deep cleaning. The guy took care of my kitchen and organized the cabinets after he cleaned them out. He cleaned behind and under the refrigerator, which was desperately needed. he even wiped off the table that was on the patio covered in dust, and I didnt even ask him to. He did a great job on the bathroom as well. I have sliding shower doors and he knew to take them off the tracks so that they could be cleaned properly. I am very disappointed in EuroPro and cannot recommend their service. Let me preface everything by saying I have a very nice, and quite small, house (1,573 sf). My house has been completely remodeled and I have had a houscleaning service twice a month for the past seven years. My current housecleaner became flaky, so I thought I would give EuroPRO a try based on their reviews. I was quoted $180-$240 for the initial "deep clean". I was then told I would get my bi-monthly quote after this cleaning. Well...5 hours with two men and $255 later, they quoted me $105 for a bi-monthly visit to clean my 1,573 sf single story, recently remodeled, consistantly clean house. That is ridiculous. I was paying $60/bi-monthly and was willing to go up to $85...and that amount is the highest I know ANYONE paying. Even someone in a much larger, two-story house. To top it off, they didn't do a thorough job of cleaning at all! I would say the majority of the 5 hours was spent cleaning my mini-blinds and not cleaning my oven, windowsills, baseboards, TVs, dusting my bedroom entertainment center, cleaning the face of the bathroom cabinets, cleaning the kitchen floor, dusting my wine cabinet and the items on top, cleaning the top of the fridge, and so on. For the price, everything should sparkle and it just didn't. Since there was no attempt to negotiate the bi-monthly rate, I am guessing they simply didn't want the business. read more

We hired the company to clean our house. While they cleaned our kitchen cooktop, one of the burners would no longer turn on. Prior to their servicing, we had absolutely no problems with the cooktop. It stops working immediately during their service. We notify both the employees and the owner to stop working to prevent any further damage. Initially the owner said they are very sorry and that they will cover the cost of the repair. After a total of 4 different professional opinions on what needed to be done, they changed their message to it was a 'coincidence' that it broke while they were there. So, quite simply I absolutely cannot recommend their service. If something breaks, be prepared for it to be a 'coincidence'. read more
