I have been working with Eva for the past 6 years and she is a true gem. She is very trustworthy and efficient in her work. Her attention to details is on point. Her work ethic stands out. She is always on time. It's very hard to find good service these days. I have referred her to many of my friends and colleagues and never had a single issue. If I could give her a higher than 5 star I would. read more

The two stars is generous. I called, I explained my exact situation. Big house. We're trying to rent it. It is empty. It needs everything cleaned for new people moving in. I asked for a morning appointment, but then they told me they could only come at noon. I was concerned they wouldn't get the house completed in time, but the lady on the phone insisted they would and that they could send extra maids if need be. They came late. I had to call and make sure they were still coming. They arrived, I explained everything. I told the two girls I knew it was a lot of work. They said they would call in for more help. 5 hours later they told me they had to leave, and the house wasn't even close to be done. Floors hadn't been mopped. The kitchen sink hadn't even been touched. The girl reassured me the bathrooms were sparkling, and that at least made me feel a little better. When I went back to inspect the work after they left, I was surprised to find that the shower had mold spots, some drawers were not cleaned, and some areas were overlooked.... in the bathrooms. The area she claimed they cleaned so well. I called the following morning to complain. They offered to come back out. Didn't mention if there'd be a discount... But ya know what? Even if it was free I wouldn't want them to come back out. I don't like writing negative reviews for small businesses. I'd say this company would work fine if you had a little dusting and basic cleaning needs. Hence the two stars. I have another cleaning company coming out tomorrow. read more

I decided to request a quote for this service due to the great reviews already posted and after I received the quote (within a couple hours after filling out the online questionnaire) and communicated with Vlado via email, I decided to book my first cleaning. Vlado and Robert arrived at my house right on time. They immediately took their shoes off which I thought was very considerate and jumped right in to touring the place. They were very professional, asked a lot of great questions about my preferences and voluntarily provided me with a copy of their business license and a flyer that describes the eco-friendly product they clean with. Vlado then told me it would take them about 3 hours to finish as opposed to the 8 hours I was quoted for an initial intensive cleaning. My condo was recently completely renovated so it was already pretty clean. I had to leave for the day so he said he'd email me the final price when finished since I said I'd be paying online via Paypal. Having the option to pay through Paypal, with a credit card, is another huge plus for me. When I got home, the place looked great and there was no harsh cleaning smell at all. They even cleaned under my bed (where my chihuahua hides all of her treasures) which was a huge surprise. Also, they wiped down all the kitchen appliances and anything on the bathroom counters. They were even able to remove some leftover grease on the stove top that the previous owners left. Vlado emailed me the price that evening and I made a payment through Paypal right away. I asked him to come back in another 2 weeks at the same time and the appointment was available. He also reduced the price from $100 every two weeks to $80. I am very happy with my experience with EuroPRO and can't wait to have them back. Very good communication, very professional and no pressure at all. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of an affordable cleaning service. read more

I found EuroPRO by searching Yelp, and they more than deserve all the 5 star reviews! Most importantly I LOVE that they are GREEN!! They get my apt. just as clean, with no harmful chemicals and odor. Seriously, NO cleaner odor whatsoever, just no more stale dirty apt. smell. They very friendly and professional, and even tolerate my hyper little Dachshund. I feel totally at ease having them in my home. I also love their website and that you can contact via email and text, and they're very good at getting back to you. The last time they cleaned I actually stopped and stared into my kitchen sink, shocked at how shiny it was! They do a fantastic job for the same price as other non-green services I have tried. I like them so much I'm setting up a bi-weekly cleaning! read more

My favorite cleaning service! They have been cleaning our home for over a year now. They are always on time, professional, affordable and friendly :) Our house looks amazing every time! I recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done! read more

Had just finished with another company that did a TERRIBLE job. Decided to try Euro Pros to help make my house beautiful before open house to sell...Henry did an wonderful job. Was very meticulous and paid great attention to detail, I showed him what I wanted cleaned and he took off! ...too bad I'm moving but will definitely have them come back before I leave the house! Oh, and I love that you can pay by PayPal...makes it so much easier! read more

I received a one year service as a gift from a family member for my baby shower gift. It was superb results every time.

Great work Tom! This was my first time using a service to clean my apt. Euro Pros did a great job! My bathroom was a mess and now it is sparkling clean! Thanks again for a job well done! I would reccomend this service ;) read more

Eva and Tom and Romana have been taking care of our cleaning for a couple of years now and it doesn't get any more professional and helpful than this. Always on time and going the extra mile to provide outstanding service. A+ read more

Absolutely fantastic! If youre considering any kind of cleaning service, THIS is the one. For starters- very very reasonable pricing. I'd ballpark probably %15 cheaper than any other comparable services. Vlad (owner) is extremely nice, and whether it's he or a crew of his, youre place won't look better. Had 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room cleaned and they all look amazing. He cleaned all my blinds, one by one! Use the website, and get a %10 discount to start. Like others, he came in under his original quote to boot. Vlad will start with a quote, and provide license credentials and cleaner info on start. Special requests are not an issue. Great job, great service, great value! Highly recommended read more

My family has been using EuroPro Cleaning Services for several years now. They are extremely responsive via text and email, always on time, and do a great job at a fair price. Our schedules change constantly, and Eva is incredibly willing to work with our availability. We so appreciate their flexibility and reliability and highly recommend them! read more

Pros: 1. VERY affordable - There's a form on the website you can fill out to get an estimate. Vladislav ("Vlado") will email you details on what the price includes and the one-time, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly rates. No low-balling! I was charged as quoted. 2. No pressure sale - After you get the email with the quote, you can call them when you're ready. They don't contact you. They don't ask you to contract for regular cleanings. 3. Professional/Clear communication - Vlado came with his coworker to do a walk thru with me before they began. He also gave me a copy of his business license and explained the products used. 4. Punctual - Exactly on time. Hours estimated on quote was accurate. 5. Green - Plant-based products. No streaks, residue, or pungent chemical smell. 6. Quality - Thorough. Joseph even cleaned the baseboards behind the couch by hand and cleaned the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Cons: 1. Can be difficult to reach (probably because they're out working) - Just leave a message or email and Vlado will get back to you. read more

I decided to use this service after seeing all the great reviews on Yelp. I have a 2800 square feet house with four bed and four bath. My family is pretty clean so there wasn't much to scrub (plus two of the bathrooms are hardly used), but my main issue was making sure that the house was as dust free as possible (since I have two little babies) and the floors were wipe of stains. My other pet peeve was that the sinks/showers gets a good cleaning to prevent too much water residues/calcium deposits and mold. I currently have another cleaning lady come by once a month and she does such a fantastic job but she is a little pricey so I decided to try this company to see if I can save some money and if I had liked them, would have used them biweekly. However, I was truly disappointed. They finished cleaning my house in 3 hours. They were friendly and listened to what I had wanted cleaned but unfortunately did not ask me to inspect anything before they left. When they did leave, I walked around the house and realized why it took them so fast to clean my not so small house. They didn't wipe my hardwood floor well at all--the stains that were present before cleaning, was still there after cleaning. They really didn't move any light furniture to clean underneath--it's so easy to move my pack and play, but they didn't even do that. They didn't sweep/wipe under my bed nor my babies' cribs (and there was a big enough gap for them to clean it easily) so there were still alot of dust balls floating around. They only wiped the area of my husband's office table and drawers that didn't have anything on it--they really didn't bother to move anything to ensure the dust in the inner side of the table was cleared. They didn't even touched my tub or the guest bathroom's tub--I guess they thought it was cleaned since it's rarely used but it was dusty and you needed to actually wipe it with something wet before you can see it. I don't even think they cleaned my shower thoroughly since there were still the water marks on my shower head and knobs. I'm so disappointed with the quality of work that I got for the amount of money that I paid--I was told that the first visit would be more expensive since it's a "deep cleaning", but it so was not! I guess I should have trusted my gut feeling when I doubted that they could finish cleaning my 2800 sq feet house in just 3 hours. Henry and his colleague were nice and friendly I must say, but unfortunately, based on their "lack of" cleaning, I won't be using them on a regular basis and I won't be recommending them as well. read more

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I am very impressed. I asked for deep cleaning. The guy took care of my kitchen and organized the cabinets after he cleaned them out. He cleaned behind and under the refrigerator, which was desperately needed. he even wiped off the table that was on the patio covered in dust, and I didnt even ask him to. He did a great job on the bathroom as well. I have sliding shower doors and he knew to take them off the tracks so that they could be cleaned properly. The pricing is very reasonable and they even gave a first timer 10% discount. I will definetly use this place again! read more

I am very disappointed in EuroPro and cannot recommend their service. Let me preface everything by saying I have a very nice, and quite small, house (1,573 sf). My house has been completely remodeled and I have had a houscleaning service twice a month for the past seven years. My current housecleaner became flaky, so I thought I would give EuroPRO a try based on their reviews. I was quoted $180-$240 for the initial "deep clean". I was then told I would get my bi-monthly quote after this cleaning. Well...5 hours with two men and $255 later, they quoted me $105 for a bi-monthly visit to clean my 1,573 sf single story, recently remodeled, consistantly clean house. That is ridiculous. I was paying $60/bi-monthly and was willing to go up to $85...and that amount is the highest I know ANYONE paying. Even someone in a much larger, two-story house. To top it off, they didn't do a thorough job of cleaning at all! I would say the majority of the 5 hours was spent cleaning my mini-blinds and not cleaning my oven, windowsills, baseboards, TVs, dusting my bedroom entertainment center, cleaning the face of the bathroom cabinets, cleaning the kitchen floor, dusting my wine cabinet and the items on top, cleaning the top of the fridge, and so on. For the price, everything should sparkle and it just didn't. Since there was no attempt to negotiate the bi-monthly rate, I am guessing they simply didn't want the business. read more

We hired the company to clean our house. While they cleaned our kitchen cooktop, one of the burners would no longer turn on. Prior to their servicing, we had absolutely no problems with the cooktop. It stops working immediately during their service. We notify both the employees and the owner to stop working to prevent any further damage. Initially the owner said they are very sorry and that they will cover the cost of the repair. After a total of 4 different professional opinions on what needed to be done, they changed their message to it was a 'coincidence' that it broke while they were there. So, quite simply I absolutely cannot recommend their service. If something breaks, be prepared for it to be a 'coincidence'. read more

We've had a wonderful experience with EuroPRO! Henry, our cleaner, is very friendly and extremely efficient. Both my husband and I have respiratory allergies, so the green cleaning products that EuroPRO uses are perfect. I am able to be in the house while he's cleaning and the cleaning supplies don't bother me at all! They are quite affordable as well. read more

FANTASTIC! Sonja and Petra did a great job...better than we have ever had by any housekeeping service. In 3 1/2 hrs. the 1,700 sq. ft house was spotless. They were very polite, had a great attitude and they will be regulars here. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Judi -Newport Beach read more

I almost don't want to write a review because I don't want these guys to get huge and then drop their standards. I really am grateful I found them. They are cheaper than most and they do a great job. And they are MEN! How's that for breaking gender stereotypes?! That's right, the dudes do it better, and for less. read more

We've been using this service for a long time now. Robert is fantastic and was very flexible when we had to change our schedules. When we moved to a new area we switched to a local cleaning service and came to regret it. We are going back to EuroPRO. read more

I had my 1200 ft condo "deep cleaned" paid extra to have it cleaned. This is the second time the company came to clean and I am not happy with their work like I was first time they cleaned my condo. Bathroom sliding doors still have mildew, it looks like a semi done job....I hope they let the employees know not to slack off because their services are expensive so I expect it to be perfect! read more

EuroPRO was able to schedule a first time appointment on a short notice. They got the house cleaned and in order for a family visit. Definitely recommend their services! I will be calling EuroPRO again soon for monthly cleanings. Also liked that they neatly arranged the pillows on my bed, it looked straight from a hotel! read more

I had to do my part to recommend EuroPro..very easy going and low key. Im very impressed with the cleaning and how nice my place has been looking with their help!! If you want it to be simple and end up clean these guys are the guys to call..Im defenitely hooked and grateful that I found this business...Thanks VLADO!!! read more

Not bad at all. Had very convenient hours and the person they sent over did a good job. The reason for the three stars and not more is b/c we only had one person cleaning and we gave them over 2 hours for our 1070 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The cost was more than our previous cleaner who brought 3-4 people and had it all done in 2 hours. So just expectations maybe too high on my end. read more

Highly recommend ! Very professional, courteous , excellent job . House always looks amazing ! Thank you !!:)

I just had this company come out today and I am very happy! I'm very meticulous and have had a hard time finding house cleaners I would recommend. The girls were very nice and did a wonderful job! Anything special I asked them to do was no problem and met with an "of course!" I will definitely use them again and will probably set up regular appointment! read more

Communication is the key with this SWAT team cleaning task force! All you have to do is ask and they're on it with their lean green cleaning machines! The owner brought out a crew of two (to make three) to demolish my death defying dust bunnies! They performed above expectation, and now my house is ready for some serious entertaining. Overall great communication, thorough job, polite crew and professional. Oh, and they did it all below their original quoted estimate for my mini mansion! Five stars and two high fives!!!!! read more

I have been using EuroPRO for over a year and I am very happy. They do a great job and take good care of my things. Other cleaners have broken or damaged things fairly regularly and I have let them go. I think others are trying to clean so fast they are reckless. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and it will definitely become a regular service for me. Knowing I will have assistance keeping my home clean is already helping my stress level. The staff was very responsive to my initial inquiries regarding pricing, cleaning particulars, and how a service like this works. The two staff members were very friendly and arrived right on time, and they finished my mid size 2 bed/2 bath apartment in less time than their time estimate which was a nice surprise considering it probably needed extra elbow grease having never seen a deep cleaning before. The result? My apartment is cleaner than I could hope to make it myself. read more
