She's connected me with my current assignment (which I love), has always been very supportive and helped me with optimizing my resume and cover letter game even when it wasn't for a potential job she had for me. Eleventh Hour is super-connected with experience design companies, so if that's your passion, connecting with Eleventh Hour is a must. Everyone's so nice there and I highly recommend getting in touch with them.

Wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone and was a general waste of precious time. One recruiter, Anthony V. is literally unstable and harassed me on the sabbath last year; browbeating me for all but an hour all because I reached out to retrieve my personal belongings from the temp company instead of burdening 11th hour with trivial matters. But to his defense his Mother was in the hospital so I guess it's certainly understandable but otherwise unprofessional to use your very client as a surrogate punching bag for the evening. I guess bypassing the temp agency to get your things is taboo, but this policy was never really made clear. And In all honesty, if someone gets their feathers ruffled for trying to communicate with them, their anger is terribly misplaced. Btw, Anthonys broadside against me was simply by the fact he had to squander the companies money to order me a courier for my wrist rest. This is precisely why I simply communicated to the company directly. No! We wouldn't want to communicate now, do we? Hollywood communication breakdown indeed. Also like most temp agencies, they oversaturate their desk to feed their internal database quota. If you think they're truly vying for you to get you that elusive job, you would have better luck cold applying on LinkedIn. That's how I just got my job now. Try LinkedIn, entertainmentcareers or career group instead. Also avoid these: Act one and apple one. Same thing

Yes, you still should have LinkedIn. Though, You need a set of fresh eyes in telling you how what's going on, with your resume, interview skills, etc... to upgrade yourself career wise and level up to the demanding skills of today. I know this because I was brought here through a network. Now going at it on your own in LA can be a challenge and I'll say it, ROUGH! Long story short, I learned about Appleone through a friend I decided to finally give her a call and I got in touch with Ha (yes that's her name) And yes and she was delightful professional attentive. It's a pain but your skills need to be assessed for true legit employment. If you ever found yourself not getting evaluated or just being asked a couple of questions. Be Aware. Or it sounds to easy to do or believe it - (Be careful out there) ALL OR MOST JOBS applications are not supposed to charge you. Anyways, sidetracked! Coming back to my story - you got to do all the tests, you got to do all the work by completing watching all the videos. And signing a gazillion papers. That's just how the agency protects themselves of making sure you are who you are supposed to be! You'll know honestly, if you want something legit is going to take discipline to get you through and in order to get the agency to speak on your behalf as a great employable candidate.

Apparently those people have schedule of can't be contacted directly. It's always been I leave my information and will contact when one these mysterious service providers are there. There's two people on staff and on is desk person who checks you and another who sets up the appointments. They tell me they will contact me when someone is available so we can schedule a meeting and weeks go by and I go down there again (It's close by) and go through the same all over again! I 'm not sure what exactly is going on on down there: It's all promises- no delivery.
