My boys are 3 and 1 and we've gotten some great gigs, plus some family gigs which are always a good family team building experience. I'd say for those who get denied, it's probably hard not to take it personally because it is YOUR beautiful baby but do your best not to take it personally, as others have mentioned, try again later, or maybe another agency will have an opening or need a look your child has. Maybe they have too many of a certain look and need to diversify their roster, I don't know, but I trust there is a good reason. And to clear the air, they are 100% NOT racist. Paloma is half hispanic, married to an African American, and they have 4 mixed (hispanic/AA) kids. Julie is half asian... My babies are half asian.

On only her second audition, she booked a TV show that will be airing this winter, and we couldnt have done it without them! Julie has been so understanding of our needs, as it can get a bit hectic with balancing personal life and baby career at the same time lol You have to also understand that they are also managing 100s of children, so sometimes interactions will have to be short and curt. We have made lifelong memories on set and on auditions, and do grateful for this team!

We felt like superstars from the moment we walked into Biltmore LA. Joe Lorenzo and his staff take care of everything and they're ALWAYS accessible. Thank you Joe...we love you!!! Some reviews say it's a scam and I disagree. This is absolutely not a scam. Yes, it costs money and it's not cheap, but it is high quality and a one-stop shop. In fact, my daughter received offers from several reputable agents and signed with a talent agency BECAUSE of Spin LA. As an added bonus, we met incredible resources along the way, including Jenn Boyce (Hollywood Prep), who has provided amazing advice and ongoing support. Joe and Jenn were exactly what mjy daugther and I needed as newcomers to the industry. Beyond the professional opportunities, my daughter bonded with kids from her acting studio (Hooray Performers Academy!) and made new friends, which made the experience even more special...she still texts with them on a weekly basis! If you want a program that delivers real results, genuine connections, in a fun and supportive environmjent, I recommend attending Spin LA...we still talk about it and remember the amazing experience.

The showcase allowed our kiddo to perform for multiple agents, managers and casting directors that they otherwise wouldn't have had an opportunity to meet. As a result, our kiddo has signed with representation by experienced professionals and look forward to the auditions to come. Thanks SPiN LA!

She's connected me with my current assignment (which I love), has always been very supportive and helped me with optimizing my resume and cover letter game even when it wasn't for a potential job she had for me. Eleventh Hour is super-connected with experience design companies, so if that's your passion, connecting with Eleventh Hour is a must. Everyone's so nice there and I highly recommend getting in touch with them.

Wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone and was a general waste of precious time. One recruiter, Anthony V. is literally unstable and harassed me on the sabbath last year; browbeating me for all but an hour all because I reached out to retrieve my personal belongings from the temp company instead of burdening 11th hour with trivial matters. But to his defense his Mother was in the hospital so I guess it's certainly understandable but otherwise unprofessional to use your very client as a surrogate punching bag for the evening. I guess bypassing the temp agency to get your things is taboo, but this policy was never really made clear. And In all honesty, if someone gets their feathers ruffled for trying to communicate with them, their anger is terribly misplaced. Btw, Anthonys broadside against me was simply by the fact he had to squander the companies money to order me a courier for my wrist rest. This is precisely why I simply communicated to the company directly. No! We wouldn't want to communicate now, do we? Hollywood communication breakdown indeed. Also like most temp agencies, they oversaturate their desk to feed their internal database quota. If you think they're truly vying for you to get you that elusive job, you would have better luck cold applying on LinkedIn. That's how I just got my job now. Try LinkedIn, entertainmentcareers or career group instead. Also avoid these: Act one and apple one. Same thing
