I know this because I was brought here through a network. Now going at it on your own in LA can be a challenge and I'll say it, ROUGH! I'd say for those who get denied, it's probably hard not to take it personally because it is YOUR beautiful baby but do your best not to take it personally, as others have mentioned, try again later, or maybe another agency will have an opening or need a look your child has. Maybe they have too many of a certain look and need to diversify their roster, I don't know, but I trust there is a good reason. And to clear the air, they are 100% NOT racist. Paloma is half hispanic, married to an African American, and they have 4 mixed (hispanic/AA) kids. Julie is half asian... My babies are half asian.

Julie has been so understanding of our needs, as it can get a bit hectic with balancing personal life and baby career at the same time lol You have to also understand that they are also managing 100s of children, so sometimes interactions will have to be short and curt.
