Yeah I would not recommend this place at all. I WISH THERE IS NEGATIVE STAES for this horrible manicurist! She should be fired! She did a superfast half axx job in less than 30 minutes. It was very sloppy!! She cut my cuticle on my thumb With the drill . I was bleeding and she didn't even apologize! This is way off from what I wanted.I show a picture How I wanted it and is totally different - supposed to coffin shape and she did round almond shape. Nice salon on the outer edge of the mall on the side where Soriana and thrifty ice cream is by the parking lot. They do hair and nails seems pretty high end. My girl wanted to get her hair dyed purple they charged me 1800 pesos for that which was around $100. Seems a little expensive for Mexico but it seemed like a higher quality salon so I agreed to just do it there anyway. They accept credit card without adding a surcharge fee. I would've expected the same type of treatment to cost maybe $50 at a local Mexican hair salon that's not at a mall. But at least here I was able to walk around and do other stuff while waiting for her to get her hair done instead of downtown somewhere where there's nothing really to do. I was happy with the job they did. They weren't busy when we came in around 730pm. They finished it in about 45 minutes. read more

The salon right next to them closed down so I tried this one. Twice I have gone and twice I've been let down here. The haircut is 300 pesos which isn't a lot. The place is nice and clean. I don't know if I just got two bad stylists... but both times I didn't get what I asked for. I've been debating posting this, but last week will be the last time I ever go there. After the male stylist cut my hair, he blow air dried it and I looked like a went through a hurricane and back. It was a hot mess. Another male stylist across from him took a picture of me without permission and was laughing. Other reviews State that staff are rude, I can attest they really are unprofessional. Do NOT get your nails done here. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went in to get a fill on my acrylic nails & came out with them looking worse than when I went in. They were left lumpy, uneven shape & length wise, with air bubbles & air dents. Not to mention she drilled at my cuticles so much that they were left raw & swollen to the point of almost breaking skin. She worked quickly without pausing to inspect her work as she went & when I would point out mistakes she said she would fix them & even then wouldn't fix them completely just half buff them. On my thumb, that I mentioned already had a cut, she didn't remove all of the lifted dirty acrylic & just layered new acrylic over it. When I pointed it out she drilled into the side of the nail creating a terrible dent as opposed to removing the acrylic and starting over with the nail. Point is NEVER going back! read more

We came in for a hair cut and they attended my mother and I wonderfully! I believe my hair stylists name was Theo? I could be wrong. But he cut my hair exactly how I wanted! My mom got a Brazilian blow out and I wanted to cut my split ends and get side bangs. I know that they understand English but not sure if they speak it. We spoke Spanish with them the whole time because it's our second language. Language barrier or not , they were very nice and quick! We love our hair ! I have a big issue with this place. I used to be a loyal costumer, I came here once a month to get a haircut and sometimes my eyebrows waxed. I'm not a needy customer, I don't like to complain much when I'm getting this type of service. Service was alright, just what you expect from any other salon. On the last day I came here I decided to do something a little more radical, I told the hairdresser that I wanted to get my hair ombred. He seemed comfortable with the idea, and told me he knew what it was supposed to look like, so, I went along with it. He started the treatment and I noticed he didn't bleach the ends of my hair, when I voiced my concern he told me not to worry and that the hair dye is strong enough to somehow bleach my hair. I went along with it... 2 hours and a lot of money later when he dried off my hair, I saw NO difference in my hair... if anything my hair was more damaged than ever. He said that with day light, and after a day or two I would be able to tell the difference... 3 or 4 days later I called the salon to either get my money back or get dyed again. They refused even after seeing the lack of ombre in my hair. Long story short, this is a great place to get a basic haircut, and maybe get your eyebrows waxed. If you decide to get something else, keep in mind that if it goes wrong... you won't get a penny back or even an apology. read more

The first time I went there, when I got my hair washed I got and amazing scalp massage, and the haircut was good, but I went back cause of the massage (don't judge me lol) anyway last time I went, the same person that wash my hair and gave the massage was like in a rush or something... even last time they had a lot of people and a waiting line... she took her time for my hair, but this time when there was no line, and the hairdressers were chatting and relaxing, she washed my hair in less than 4min and gave me a 5 second massage, which was horrible! bdw... Anyway but my stylist Gina was great she was super friendly and left my hair amazing! So, I can't complain. read more

Have been going to this place for about 20 years. The stylist Ricardo is great and always takes care of us. Im giving this place 3 stars because of the place. Its super hot in the salon and the A/C not working. I feel we spend hours there it should be a good atmosphere. I have no complaints about the stylist or the products its more the place. Customers need to feel comfortable and not be a torture to go get your hair done. My mother is considering going somewhere else. I want to continue going here because I trust our stylist. read more

So I was skeptical at first to have my hair done by someone other than my original hair dresser and I always hear stories about how customers come out with their hair a lot shorter than they asked. Well this was not the case for me. I am so glad I took a chance and allowed Andres to color and cut my hair!!! I showed him a picture of a cut I wanted and I was pretty happy with the results and I've got so many compliments. The color I asked for was a pretty simple all 1 color darkest brown. I've never had my hair done in Mexico and I observed that at this salon the hair dressers do not wash out their customers hair, but let me tell you that the lady that washed my hair out was very professional and while washing out my hair she gave me a 5-7min massage and she knew what she was doing that I almost fell asleep lol it felt so good!!! I will be returning back soon to have Andres make me feel beautiful again for my trip to Vegas in March. read more
