I called Saturday hoping for a same-day appointment for my daughter, and we got really lucky because he had a last-minute cancellation. I told him the look she was going for, and he asked us to bring in an inspiration photo. From the moment we arrived, Rubén was so friendly and welcoming. We showed him the picture, and he took the time to ask questions while also answering all of ours throughout the entire process. This was my daughter's very first time dyeing her hair, so naturally we had a lot of questions, but Rubén was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He never hesitated to explain anything and made us feel completely comfortable. He even offered us drinks and chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch! The entire experience was amazing, and his personality made it even better. The final result was absolutely beautiful, my daughter's hair color came out gorgeous, and her haircut looked so good too. She is absolutely in love with her hair! What really stood out to me was how, at the end of the appointment, he took extra time to go over proper hair care with my daughter. No one bothered to notify me beforehand. Then, when I arrived, one of the employees asked her coworker if she could do my gel manicure, and the coworker flat-out said, "No, I don't want to. My hands hurt." Are you kidding me? I'm a paying customer--it's your job to provide the service. They eventually told me no one could help me and that I'd have to wait until someone else finished. I had places to be and couldn't sit around waiting because of their disorganization and lack of professionalism. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs.
