I had one person working on my nails and she took her time and even recommended colors since I was indecisive. The price is great for everything they offer. I didn't have an issue with the staffs attitude. I always greet and talk first anyway. Arrive after 10:45am and go during the week is my best advice. I really wanted to like this place because I like the location and the salon looks nice and high end. I expected high end service and high end products. I didn't have an appointment but they did sit me down right away. When the manicurist who did my nails sat down I said hello because she didn't greet me, she just smirked and didn't answer me. All the products and tools she used were used and dirty. When she directed me to wash my hands she told me to use a little brush next to the sink, SAME brush for everyone and it was black with MOLD. The service took more than an hour to complete when other people after me were finishing before me. They charged me what was quoted plus a commission fee for using a CC but didn't ask for tip. I paid $40USD. A little pricey for how unhygienic it was. I won't return. They also didn't give me the shape I asked for. read more

Today I made an appointment for 4pm (I left at 5:50 PM) for a full set and pedicure. I arrived 10 min before my appointment, they sat me down and did the pedicure at the same time as the nails, I AM VERY short (I am 5"0) so this is very uncomfortable ... trying to stretch my legs under the table and have my arm and hand relaxed ( I got two cramps in the process) ... when I started the service I asked the person who was going to do my set that I want it also a manicure, so she started with that before. Alma, the person who was doing my pedicure was very attentive and patient, Rocio the manicurist, although you could see the frustration, was also kind, but if they don't know how to make a nail design that is asked of them, they better not do it. At the end of my set it seems to me that there was someone else waiting for my spot and they already wanted me to vacate the table where I was ... a person named Angie informs my manicurist that it was finished that she will leave me that way, but with signs of disagreement which I could see and she did not care. The people who attend this place pay for a relaxation service and a good atmosphere, even if the establishment is Soo nice, it is nothing if the staff who work there do not have a good service, so if they are charging the prices they are charging at least give a service of that quality! Angi, the manager charges whatever she wants depending in her mood, and is very unfriendly. The last time she charged us $80 for a new set of acrylic nails, same price that in San Diego. If you cross the border you expect to pay less, but this place is not the case. I had never gotten them done here before, but I'm very glad that I came in. The customer service was phenominal and the girls were definately a blast to be around. Simply the best! I got referred by a friend of mine and right away I knew I was going to be a regular. Staff is attentive, detailed oriented, and care about their clients. They are always staying up to date on nail trends and always have new designs, styles, and colors. I recommend making an appointment before going (they are busy and will let you know if they can't fit you in as a walk in). They will never tell you to wait if they can't get to you in 15-20 minutes. I have now been a loyal customer for 3 years and wouldn't dream of having anyone else do my nails!
