I completely understand that cancellations and scheduling changes can be frustrating for a small business, but unexpected circumstances happen, and there is a professional way to communicate with customers. Being spoken to this way simply for trying to give advance notice and explore alternative availability was completely unnecessary. I've honestly never experienced anything quite like it.
