They do REALLY nice nails and the inside looks great but service and ambient isn't professional at all.. so if you're looking for a place to relax this isn't it. I only keep coming back because how nice my nails always turn out. Side Note: Getting jewels on your nails here is kind of expensive. Might as well get them done in SD. read more

Hands down the WORST place I have EVER been to!!!! Do not be fooled by how nice the place looks on the outside. The staff is so rude I felt so uncomfortable being there as if they were doing me a favor and not a service I was paying for. I asked for a mani/pedi and literally they painted my nails with minimal filing and NO cleaning of cuticles, my nails looked so uneven I had to tell the lady to start over again. And then the nail tech sitting next to me said " it's your fault you didn't tell the receptionist what you wanted" seriously it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand a simple request for a mani/pedi. As soon as my hands were done I walked out and did not let them touch my feet. RUNNNN and do not waste your money in this shithole!!!!!!! El peor servicio que he recibido en mi vida!!!! Yo. This place high key sucks. I was more disappointed then when my doctor told me to start a diet. Customer service wasn't that great and my nails ended up looking fatal. I say fatal cause I died of embarrassment. After a few hours the paint started falling off from 8 of my nails and my nails looked as if my niece had done the job. So I was like, that's chill, I'll just call and I'm sure they'll fix it. So I went in two days later and it took them 3 hours to attend me. Even though I had asked for an appointment and they said it wasn't necessary because it was a repair. Yo. Three hours. And then guess what? hahahahaha The "repair" was just as bad as the first job. My nails started chipping that same day. I was over it. I mean. It would've been cool, I still would've given them another chance, but they're customer service was toxic. Haha man. They were rude as angry bees. I won't mess with their nest again by avoiding that location! read more

If you are going to tj from usa, I do recommend you to contact the owner via Instagram @ Vs_nails_tj and book an appointment. Don't go as a walk in because there is no guarantee that they will take you. If they are booked the won't make an exception. Owner is super kind and friendly. They give out curtesy drinks from beer, wine to water. The staff knows what they're doing! Amazing work done by Antonio ! The worst service I've ever had. They didn't schedule me at the time they had told me over the phone. It was full of people and according to COVID reg that's not ok, there was no space at all between people. They ended up telling me to wait an hour to see if they could see me. Dont bother going there, they absolutely have no gel colors at all. They try to give you there old colors, not only that they hike up the price as they desire. The workers are so unprofessional they just want to be chit chatting instead of doing your nails. Not worth the price and your time! read more
