I have never seen a doctor as great as he is. He saved my 2 other times! He listened to me talk and tested me about my asthma attacks and discovered the it was caused by my immune system which was destroying my esophagus the my lung doctor never checked for 5 years. The 3rd time he discovered that my adrenal glands had failed and now had caused Conn's Syndrome which was by my electrolytes were out of balances which I am still fighting! This actually is the main cause of my illness! I am still alive at 74 years old! I had started out seeing Dr Joseph Matthew's and he came close to letting me die 6/16/17! I told him over 10 months that I was going to die if he didn't test my adrenals! I had to become very angry and he finally checked my ACTH again and told me that I was trying to live on fumes! Although I made the mistake of showing up a day early, they were able to fit me in within 45 mins of what I thought was my scheduled time. The wait was minimal and Dr. Sergev was very upbeat, respectful and professional. Afterwards there was a moment when all four ladies in the office were assisting with my case weather it be scheduling referrals or taking my labs. My only improvement would be if the facility had a patient portal for me to view my records online or through an app. They thanked me for my military service and provided clarity where needed. The only decent thing about this place was Anna. She has always been the only reason I stayed at this place. After I got upset for lying to me multiple times, they decided to refuse me as a patient. Which if perfectly fine, but wow, they can't even own up to all their lies and mistakes. Didn't even yell or scream at them, just told them I wasn't going to deal with being lied to, and asked to speak directly with Anna or the Doctors, in which they said they were at lunch. Dr. Lominchar will not provide you with same day or next day appointments. It took me three weeks to be seen in person for reasons partially explained below. Your appointment will not be on time. You will like wait at least 45 minutes to be seen. She will not spend extra time with you to review your personal health. When I told her I was experiencing hair loss she asked if I had just started a new relationship. I, in fact, have had a history of thyroid issues which was never addressed. When I said I was not in a new relationship, she put me in a room with headphones on to listen to a "brain tapping" message that said "you can still have a big heart even if you're not esthetically pleasing." In addition, the cost of my GENERIC medication nearly doubled from my previous appointment (making it essentially the same price as the brand name) which was never communicated to me. They said it was because the medication was back ordered. I received it in two days. And when I asked to be refunded for the $950 I had paid to be part of the "special" program since I had received ZERO of the promised benefits, she said she would allow that and I was given the number to call to make the request only to learn that she had lied to me and I would only be refunded for the remainder of that specific period. Meanwhile, there were messages posted at the office 4 months after the start of the program stating that other patients still had time to sign up for the program which I was told I had to sign up for immediately in order to be seen. Furthermore, good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office. If you leave a message with them, they promise to get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you have a life or an job and happen to miss the call, you end up waiting another 24-48 hours. Only once has anyone actually ever answered the phone. Finally, I was told that even though I would know longer be part of her "Specialized Care Program" I could still see her for weight loss. Yet when I called to get my refill for that medication, Dr. Lomichar said she could no longer assist me with that after all and that I should find another prescriber. WITH PLEASURE. The saddest part is that I was actually excited about the program that Lominchar was selling. Too bad she and her team are not equipped to actually provide that program in the least.

Melissa spent a full 40 minutes with me and was well educated on my history - IE she actually read the notes in advance. For both my lab appointment and my office visit I was seen promptly with literally zero wait past my appointment time. I felt heard for the first time in a very long time and truly feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. All of the staff I have encountered so far have been genuinely so kind.
