Anywayyyyy, so they are practicing social distancing in the waiting room. Some chairs are turned around and your temperature is taken at the door. Masks are required. I filled out some paperwork on a tablet (I know, Fancy, huh) and then I was called back to the back. The lady who helped me was very helpful and super sweet to me. She talked me through the process, which helped me relax a bit. It actually wasn't as bad as I've heard. I will keep returning to this location for my mammograms in the future.

I had a STAT CT scan ordered on Wednesday and as of at 3pm on Friday the test was not read by the radiologist. I had to call and ask why I did not received a notice of the results. I called the office and was told "Oh I'm not sure why it has not been read yet." I was told on Wednesday the test was STAT! I left a message for what I thought was the office manager on Friday and its currently Monday 1:54pm and I have not heard anything from her. I call today (Monday) and left another message over an hour ago and still no one has called me back and the ordering physician has not received the results yet! this is HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am concerned about several medical issues I have going on and this location has no concern at all. The only person that really showed any care at all was Destiny when i spoke with her on Friday after Mike did not send my results like he said he would before he left for the day. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVERY AGAIN! If your health concerns are minor this location is for you. If you have issues that are concerning to you please consider my experience!

I was referred to Clermont in Orangeburg; the radiologists were always friendly and professional. The receptionists were not. When I went in 2020, it was unpleasant. It is always complicated and horrible because the insurance company tells me one thing and Clermont wants to charge an exuberant fee. Due to my having a lump which concerned me, they finally let me have the procedure. I called the insurance company afterwards and they informed me due to my situation, I would not have to pay. I went back on 8/29th, and the experience was awful. First, the receptionist did not speak, smile, or anything. Second, she told me I had a balance, and I should not have. Third, my Dr. ordered it due to my situation. And finally, she rudely informed me that I had to pay $291. 91. What kind of deductible is that? Three days prior, I learned another immediate family member had breast cancer. This heightens my fears. She offered no options; appeared cold, callous and uncaring. She told me either pay the almost $300 or reschedule. I asked if mammograms were offered anywhere else and she nastily replied, "The hospital but they cost more" I will NOT return even if I get the money. I don't trust them at this point and I do not want to give these people my business. I informed the main office in Florida and the person I spoke with was supposed to talk to the director and call me back the next day. Early detection is critical; yet it saddens me that Clermont Radiology is oblivious to that, especially the Orangeburg Office. I will research other places to have the mammogram done even if I have to go out of town. I don't recommend Clermont Radiology in Orangeburg to anyone. Now I have used them in Florida and had a pleasant experience. As a matter of fact, since it is a routine test for women my age, I don't ever recall paying a deductible anywhere and this was before breast cancer was in my family lineage. Go figure.

He felt my skin and he said that it was like a sunburn and to put some ice on it. Well I have a burn mark on my skin and I do not feel good about it. I had read that an MRI burn may cause other injuries to the body also. I will be looking into other things. Please be careful when you go to any facility and ask them about your chances for a MRI machine burn.

She whizzed through ultrasound in 5 minutes (Normally take 20 -40 minutes) clicking pictures as she was still moving wand. Having trouble moving wand because she put minimal gel. I have US-abd done every 6 mos. Due to Non-alcoholic related cirrhosis. Looking for HCC, any changes to organs stress by cirrhosis, any change from compensated to Decompensated and I was extremely disappointed in her lack of understanding and quality of the job she was doing. The images were very poor quality at best. Makes me very sad because Normally this is not the case. One bad apple can leave a long lasting bad taste for the future. ​

Due to my…read moremedical conditions, I have had several dozen MRIs in a half a dozen hospitals and imaging centers. Medical imaging express is, by far, the best facility, for MRI testing, to which I've ever been. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk person was so friendly, considerate and generally welcoming... We felt right at home immediately. The technician performing the upright MRI scans was very patient, nurturing and helped me to relax throughout the testing. As for state of the art medical testing, their upright MRI machine is the best available. In fact, there are only about 15 of them in the entire United States. Personally, I was getting upright MRI scans to look for tethered spinal cord. This is the gold standard test to look for that medical condition. THE DEAL: If you want the best results, you have to get the best test at the best facility. I flew all the way from Boston, MA to Greenville, SC to get the best upright MRI scans!

I've been here twice in the past for two separate incidents that required an MRI. each time then surgery! I hope to goodness that she hasn't wrecked her knee; but it seems that way.This place does an amazing job! Most local primary care physicians send their patients here. I was in urgent need of an ultrasound last minute and many of the local places had no availability…read more I instead was referred to this location (now called Wellstar MCG Health Imaging at 3722 Wheeler Rd.) and when I got there the ultrasound technician was up front and let me know that they were not able to send over the kind of results that my doctor required. I decided to go ahead and do the testing there anyway as that was better than nothing, and I was pleasantly surprised. Tamara, Hilary, Allie, Leslie, and Akira all worked together in a quick and upbeat fashion to help me get the results I needed and sent them over to my doctor in real time. Because of this, I was able to go forward with the time-sensitive medical procedure that I so needed. These women are genuine, caring, friendly, and extremely good at their jobs. I love this place, and I will definitely go here again if I need another ultrasound!

I did and they told me right away everything was good to go. Another lady was in there with an older gentleman and her DRs office didn't send his info over. The DRs office didn't open until 0830. The girls took her number and said when they get the info they will call her and let her know when she could bring the gentleman back. Very pleasant office.

Then he was unable to finish the vile so my lab results were not complete. They were complete enough for Dr to do what was necessary.
