She told me there were no refunds but she was going to request to corporate. Since then i've texted, called and have gotten no answers. I've also called corporate and left voicemail and have never gotten a response either. Owning my own business, just out of integrity I would've at the very minimum have a response to keep the client long term. The day that I got there I should've known, I was taking the tour and overheard a conversation between the Director and a very upset client about treatment of their daughter by the teachers, the director's response wasnt very pleasant and I shouldve gone with my gut, but now I'm here trying to get at least a response from someone. We began coming to AE in October 2020 after moving to the area from Fort Lauderdale. Our daughter…read morehad never been to another school so we were very nervous about the transition but we had heard such good things about AE and the wait list reflects that. We got very lucky and were offered a spot when we called to inquire about space because many parents weren't sending their kids back due to COVID. Our daughter had a rough first couple of weeks transitioning but the staff at AE did such a great job supporting her. Even the director at the time, Jamie, would greet her everyday and talk with her. She got comfortable quickly after those first couple of weeks and she's been thriving ever since! They do parent teacher conferences every 6mos and let you know how your child is doing and what areas they could work in at home (counting, tracing letters, etc). They also provide great feedback and insight on how to work on behaviors or transitions (potty training for example) at home! We love AE and all of the teachers our daughter has been fortunate to have. We recently put our son in school there (he just turned 6mos) and it's been a great experience as well!

Despite their claims of having a structured curriculum, the activities never focused on actual learning milestones. By age four, my son didn't know his ABCs thoroughly, couldn't count money, or grasp basic concepts like planets. Instead, the focus seemed to be on games or activities with little educational value. The promises of teaching other languages or following a well-rounded curriculum were empty. None of the booklets or materials that were supposed to be used for learning were ever completed. For the thousands of dollars spent monthly, I feel like I wasted time and resources. After pulling him out and homeschooling, I've seen him learn far more in a short amount of time, which makes it clear that KinderCare does not prioritize actual education. I've also seen teachers mystery kids here, but the director took care of them. Who knows what else is going on when no one's looking.

Five stars for this five star school!…read more This past week was the first week of classes for kids in Orange County, FL, and I have to say that so far I am impressed with my daughter's new school. It is a A grade, five star school (there's posters EVERYWHERE telling you so) and the teachers and staff are all really great so far. The Good: Caring Teachers and Staff: Even before we registered, the staff here went above and beyond to make my daughter's transfer here a smooth transition. There were a few speedbumps, including a rather unique school records issue, but we got it all worked out and they were able to get my daughter registered and in a classroom just in time. My daughter's teacher is a very nice lady who is a very strong communicator, and caters to my daughter's specific needs. She even lets her read to the class! Easy to navigate: One of my biggest issues with my daughter's old school was that the hallways were like a labyrinth and the place was pretty hard to get around. Hunter's Creek elementary is ridiculously easy to get around, and pluss it's all outside. Yay for sunshine! The Bad: N/a Of course the school year just started, and it takes more than a week to fully appreciate a new school. But our experience so far has been great, and in my book first impressions count for a lot! Overall 10/10= Hunter's Creek Happiness
