Sunday morning on a holiday weekend! Of all days to have a full septic tank and clogged filter…read more Heather answered the phone and was very helpful. She wanted to make sure the 'on-call' person was available. Called me back a couple minutes later to let me know Darnel would be on the way. Since I was not clear on the timing Heather offered to call me when he was about 15 out so I could watch for him. I already had the plastic caps off so he pulled the hoses and dropped one in. Went to the sent stage location and called me over to show me the plastic 'filter' that holds back smaller debris from heading to the distribution box was totally clogged - thus the reason for the first stage to fill and back up the house drain lines. I've not had a 'filter' like this one in previous septic systems and glad he pointed it out so I can maintain going forward. All in all a good experience

The next visit Mike even picked up the replacement parts on his way to work the morning they came!
