After contacting Roberts Septic, the driver got ahold of me right away and apologized for not being able to come out on Friday, but he (Butch, thank you Sir- you are a good man!) said he would be able to come out a lot sooner. The next visit Mike even picked up the replacement parts on his way to work the morning they came! Not only that, they lied on the permit, stating that they drilled 83 feet. We now have severe rust blockage and hardly any water flow. We have to get a new well after only being in our home for 8 years. When DNREC was notified of this fraudulent report, they did not care. They said after 3 years, they can't do anything. BEWARE!
