He would not seriously consider the information I provided or investigate other possible plumbing-related causes, despite the clear pattern I described. I felt like my observations were dismissed without a thorough evaluation. On top of that, there was a non refundable fee of $179 for the visit. When you're dealing with a leak that is actively damaging your home, you want someone who will methodically diagnose the problem rather than jump to a conclusion.
