New house = alot of worries. They exceeded all my expectations and was really happy. They were efficiant and on time, which I like because I did have other errands that day. I would've had to wait 2 weeks for the other company to come out, to boot! After contacting Roberts Septic, the driver got ahold of me right away and apologized for not being able to come out on Friday, but he (Butch, thank you Sir- you are a good man!) said he would be able to come out a lot sooner. Butch called me on Monday, and he showed up within 20 minutes. He even gave me some pointers about my septic system that I was not aware of. I will call Roberts Septic for any future needs, for sure! The next visit Mike even picked up the replacement parts on his way to work the morning they came! They cleaned up after themselves after the digging they had to do, told me where and how I could get extra water quality testing done just to be extra safe, and how to flush my water lines to get everything working again as clear and fresh as possible. Just top notch service. I highly recommend the company and will be telling anybody who asks that they should call Willey for anything to do with wells and pumps.

Willey's installed the well to our new home 8 years ago. We started having problems with water…read moreflow and when further investigated by another company, we were told that they only drilled down 55 feet instead of 83 feet that my husband requested. Not only that, they lied on the permit, stating that they drilled 83 feet. We now have severe rust blockage and hardly any water flow. We have to get a new well after only being in our home for 8 years. When DNREC was notified of this fraudulent report, they did not care. They said after 3 years, they can't do anything. BEWARE! Do NOT have Willey do anything for you!!!!
