Not everyone pays the same dollar amount. Some more, some less. Mainly prefers to rent to Hispanic people. Have numerous code violations, the pipes burst underground constantly. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of.
