Five years later we decided to move unexpectedly, and I don't know how we would have done it without them. We had a short timeline and a ridiculous amount of work to do to get ready. Dan found and managed contractors and local vendors, getting us great pricing and getting the work done incredibly fast, all the while coaching us through prepping the house for sale. They hired the best photographer, put together an open house that attracted a stampede, and gave invaluable advice throughout negotiations with multiple offers. We would not have come anywhere close to the sales price we achieved had it not been for Dan and Amy working so hard, being so organized, and most of all being so supportive.

I chose Beth to list and sell my home as she was recommended by a friend. Her personality and demeanor made my final decision an easy one. I found her knowledge of the industry and local market second to none, and her personal drive, and motivation to succeed made my entire transaction very easy. She was able to put a deal on the table very quickly and well above list price with the least amount of hassle. Her team of contractors also made the entire process from inception to list and closing a stress-free experience, especially staging my home using Heather's Houses, a crown-jewel in the entire transaction. I would highly recommend Beth for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a five-star Realtor for certain and I am truly grateful for all her efforts in helping me sell my home. Due to Beth's skillful and tenacious approach to real estate, she was able to find me a beautiful house off market. This allowed me to avoid the vicious bidding wars that were going on during the pandemic. Beth is not only a skilled and experienced (15+ years) Realtor, she was a source of support even after the close of escrow was over. She helped me multiple times after move in to resolve minor issues and answer questions about the house. I have worked with a few Realtor's in the past, but none of them could hold a candle to Beth's caring, generous and supportive nature. During the approximate 6 months we worked together, she routinely went above and beyond what I thought a Realtor normally would do for a client. Beth has set a new standard in my mind when it comes to Realtor support. I highly recommend Beth and with out question would use her again for any future real estate transactions.

Here are the other items that went wrong when purchasing our home: 1. They advertised the home as having a brand new AC unit. This actually was never installed and we had to accept a credit towards the end of closing so it would close on time and have it installed AFTER close. 2. They advertised the home as having a two car garage. It only has a one car garage (obviously we saw this, but it was listed as having a two car garage). 3. They promised to have a dishwasher installed. This was another credit we had to accept and install the dishwasher ourselves. 4. There was an open permit with the county that was supposed to be closed. All that needed to happen was to call county and schedule an appointment for a final walk through. BLAKE NEVER scheduled this. Our agent then had to pull a favor with the County to have them come out so we could close on time. BLAKE DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE APPOINTMENT! We had to scramble to get another appointment within the next day for them to come back out when they did not have availability for weeks. We were on the verge of having no where to live and no where to put all of our stuff since our lease was up on our rental (which we extended the lease on multiple times because of them dragging out the closing). 5. Blake did not pick up the staging furniture until AFTER we closed on the house. We had to remove the furniture from our house ourselves and leave it in the driveway for them to pick up so we could move our own stuff into our house. We had to keep extending the lease on our rental home due to the closing date extending simply because they weren't doing what they were supposed to be doing. I understand closing dates can't always happen on time, but there was no reason for us to have to extend the closing date multiple times and for them to not have the work completed that they promised. Maybe this was just one bad experience compared to others who had good experiences, but the fact that even months later they never got back to us to remove something as simple as lock box, shows me their lack of integrity and customer service. Next time we are on the market to sell/buy a home, we will at all costs avoid any involvement with these agents and this company.
