My husband and I used Desiree when we purchased our first home 6 years ago, as well as when we sold that home last Fall and for the purchase of our current home. She is very responsive, personable, and willing to go the extra mile for you. On the selling side, she gave us advice on how to stage the house with our own furniture (even allowing us to borrow her accent pillows for our couch) and got us an offer we accepted within a week. On the buying side, she offered to show us as many houses as we wanted until we found the one. For us, that was many many houses and we found ourselves in several competitive situations. In one situation, offers were being considered in the order received. Due to Desiree's diligence, we submitted the first offer by a matter of minutes before the open house even ended. There were 10 offers and although we rejected that owner's counter offer for much more than asking, I was pleased that Desiree acted quickly and we had the option to move forward on that house. Why isn't there 6 stars? We have used Desiree twice now for buying and once for selling. She is beyond knowledgeable, and made the process of buying/selling so much more bearable. From starting the house hunt, she was always available to us or found a way to get us in to see homes with short notice. When we found "the one" she guided us through the process each step of the way. She was always accessible via phone, email, text and I probably could have sent smoke signals and she would have replied. She was there to meet the inspectors, offered solutions when problems arose, and quite frankly worked her tail off for us selling our house and buying our current home. I have referred her to my family as well, who have also used her in buying their home. There really is too much good to say about her and her service to put in a review. After attempting to sell our home with another agent, nothing was going right. I found Desiree by chance and set up a meeting with her. After she reviewed the comps in the neighborhood and came and saw our house she let us know that the market didn't support what we needed for the house.
