My husband and I used Desiree when we purchased our first home 6 years ago, as well as when we sold that home last Fall and for the purchase of our current home. She is very responsive, personable, and willing to go the extra mile for you. On the selling side, she gave us advice on how to stage the house with our own furniture (even allowing us to borrow her accent pillows for our couch) and got us an offer we accepted within a week. On the buying side, she offered to show us as many houses as we wanted until we found the one. For us, that was many many houses and we found ourselves in several competitive situations. Why isn't there 6 stars? We have used Desiree twice now for buying and once for selling. She is beyond knowledgeable, and made the process of buying/selling so much more bearable. She was always accessible via phone, email, text and I probably could have sent smoke signals and she would have replied. After attempting to sell our home with another agent, nothing was going right. I found Desiree by chance and set up a meeting with her. After she reviewed the comps in the neighborhood and came and saw our house she let us know that the market didn't support what we needed for the house. I was crushed, but so happy for an honest answer. She said that we would keep an eye on the comps and let me know when we should re-list our house.
