He was never pushy or had that salesperson attitude through the whole process. He was there for me when I had questions or needed reassurance night or day. It's essential to feel like you have a team of people who have your back and really want what's best for you, especially when going through a process like this and that is what Chris Hagerman provided for me. I could cry with gratitude. In a market where I felt so discouraged at times (offering 60k over asking and getting outbid by a different type of loan or all cash offers), Chris was able to remain competitive and clever in the offers we placed. Ultimately, he was able to get me into my dream home in a beautiful neighborhood for $23,000 under asking! He helped us negotiate a purchase of $11k under asking and $36k under the original list price for our dream home in our dream neighborhood. When we put our home for sale, he gave us tips about updating the flooring and the paint. This helped our house get 4 bids in the first 3 weeks. We got $10k above asking, which was a lot more than I thought we would get. We closed the sale 41 days after listing. This happened while there were multiple homes in our neighborhood on the market for over 55 days. I attribute the quick sale and great price to the tips that Kevin gave us. Other qualities of Kevin that we liked. He seemed to work around the clock. One time I emailed him a question after midnight on a weekend and he responded within 20 minutes. He treated us like we were his only client even though he had several others. He was very patient and detail-oriented. He never pressured us to do anything. He gave us the information and insight, but the decision-making was all up to us. It was great to have Kevin by our side and I'd gladly hire him again for any real estate needs.

From start to finish, Kevin guided us through the home finding-to-buying process, and we quickly came to appreciate what an exceptional realtor he is. He is unlike any other that we've met in his integrity, transparency, and expertise. In the home search process, he went out of his way to accommodate our busy schedules, and we learned so much from him about things to look for in a quality home; his assessments were so valuable for inexperienced buyers. In the negotiation process, he was savvy and incredibly detail-oriented, even catching mistakes in contracts submitted to us from other agents. We always always had complete confidence that he was 100% in our corner, looking out for us; he saved us from many potential pitfalls. Once we had an accepted offer, he assisted us immensely in the overwhelming task of setting up inspectors and clearing all our checkboxes. The process was thorough and efficient; were even able to get our closing done earlier than anticipated. And it all culminated with a home buying success! We are convinced that we found the best buyer's agent out there, and could not recommend him any higher. We will always be thankful for all his great work!!!

I was recommended to Brian by his cousin, which are close friends of my wife and I. Upon first introduction everything felt very relaxed and natural. I unknowingly was browsing in a not so great area of Sacramento and Brian made it aware. He assisted me on getting on to the right track and we came up with a game plan to hunt for houses. A few showings came up underwhelming, but he didn't lose his motivation and after a handful of failed offers and we ended up finding the house we wanted in a very prime location for a great price. Without going too much into detail, it needed a new roof and he fought like hell to get a roof replacement. We ended up not getting the replacement roof but we did get it certified with repairs. We also had a tight deadline to move in and he made sure he let the sellers realtor know they were falling short and to press the issue to the seller. From beginning to end process, I did not have anything to worry about since I knew Brian would make sure we were well taken care of. In conclusion, like i said above, If you need a realtor that genuinely cares about your best interest, and will go out and bat for you. BRIAN IS YOUR GUY!

We're a family of four with two little ones that was looking to make the big move out of the Bay into a beautiful single family home in Sacramento on a tree-lined street. Right after our first call, Brian had us connected with a trusted loan officer that he's worked with on many deals, and had set up a few homes to view that weekend. During our home viewings, Brian gave our family the space to really get a great feel for the house while also staying close by to hear us externally processing what we do and do not like about the house. With a toddler and a newborn in tow, we were worried about feeling overwhelmed during all these viewings, but Brian did such a great job keeping our toddler entertained that it really allowed us to focus on the house. For instance, he brought crayons and a coloring book for our son so that he could stay safely entertained while we wandered around the house! Also, Brianhas a keen eye for detail that helped us navigate this entire process. He pointed out cracks in the walls, potential house settling issues, flags with the roof and foundation, and even neighborhood considerations that we'd want to know about before submitting an offer. With our first offer, we ran into an easement issue during the inspection contingency. As we navigated a difficult back-and-forth with the seller, Brian always kept us informed on the process, provided us clear options, and kept our best interests on the forefront rather than the deal. His professionalism and rapport with the listing agent was also critical in keeping a difficult situation from being even more difficult for everyone involved. As we dealt with sadness of canceling our offer, he remained empathetic and supportive of us. With our second offer, Brian went above and beyond to make sure that we would be set up for success. He coordinated with our loan officer to make sure that our offer was competitive and solid, while also keeping in close contact with the listing agent to keep the sellers up-to-date as well. When our house inspector couldn't access the crawl space of our new home, Brian took it upon himself to crawl in there himself to snap photos for the inspector and a structural engineer! We're so grateful for Brian. We feel like we've made a new friend in him, and can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in Sacramento.
