We listed our house in one of the toughest buyer's markets in years and with buyers being very picky and yet John was able to sell our house, smoothly, efficiently and bargaining with a price that was always favorable to us. And what truly sets him apart is everything else he did beyond the sale itself. I got connected with eTernity Realty / Keller Williams through a friend in Texas after mentioning my intentions of buying my first property and wanting to work with a great Christian Agent. With the current real estate market, prices soaring and the Bay Area "Texit" happening I felt overwhelmed, and outpriced in looking for my first starter property. From the first meeting when I met John and Tomas I knew I was in the right place. Both men were extremely professional and knowledgeable in the market. They made time on a Friday evening for our initial meeting/ interview and gave me a thorough review of the process and how they could help me. I could go on and on about their hard work, prayer, and support throughout the process. John is a very easy going agent who packs a powerful business presence. He has great trustworthy connections for inspections, repairs, etc. and worked well with the lending agent I chose to work with. On time meetings, follow up calls, reminders and a wealth of information at your fingertips. John brought his A-game each showing, phone call and text. His confidence, effort, wisdom and prayer along with the good Lord's blessing helped get me into a charming ranch style property. Thank you for everything! read more

Going into the housing market as a first time home buyer was extremely intimidating and nerve wrecking. Right off the bat, John took the time to educate me on strategy, what I would be up against, the current state of the market, definitions and processes, and answering all of my unanswered questions. John appointed me to Brian, his colleague who had the experience with the type of loan I was working with and is VERY efficient with the process meanwhile steering things along. Although, there were a few times of silence and I was unaware of what was to come, it was part of the process. I knew I could trust Brian with the work in the background. Brian was patient with me and talked with me through some areas I was having concern. I enjoyed working with Brian, even though he talks really fast at times. I believe Brian has strong and clear negotiation skills and clear expectations when going into contract. Working with both John and Brian was such a pleasure, I felt heard but never once felt any ill will or discomfort. They are both very knowledgeable and provide very helpful and extensive insight. read more
