They have always been very accommodating to my needs and have always made sure to have the shirts ready in time for the first day of school. Recently, I dropped off some work shirts that needed a specific design embroidered on. It was not an easy task, but after speaking with the staff they assured me they could get the job done. A few days later I received a call my shirts were ready. I was extremely happy with the work. The shirts looked even better than I imagined they would. The work was extremely professional and I have received many compliments on my shirt. I am appreciative of the hard work the staff at EmbroidMe does. They are always extremely courteous and willing to help however they can. I would truly recommend them to anyone needing Printing or Embroidery service.

It is right down the street and I was excited to find a local place. First, when I called I felt like I was bothering the person who picked up when I asked a couple of questions. Everyone has their off days and I understand that, so I still wanted to go in and talk to them. But when I went in that day, the two women working the store said the simple embroidery that I wanted to have done was impossible. They really didn't seem like they were willing to try or even listen to me. It was a solid no off the bat. It's OK if you can't fill a customer's request - but they made me feel like I was dumb for even asking. Long story short - I called another local embroidery shop on Indiantown in Jupiter. The kind woman at that location was able to do what I asked without hesitation so I know that it wasn't such a ridiculous request. I just felt very disrespected and disappointed in my experience.
