I called the next week to check the status and was told by the same person that told me the shirts would be ready that my shirts were not ready and wouldn't be until November 1! 2 1/2 weeks from the time I dropped off the shirts! Customer service is definitely not their specialty and I wouldn't recommend. If you want courteous, quick service for a great price then I HIGHLY recommend EMBROIDERY ABACOA instead. I took my shirts over to the owner of that shop and she had them back to me in 3 days and they looked fantastic and were $2 LESS per shirt than EmbroiderMe.

We were in need of upgrading sofa cushions that had softened over 5 years from regular use. A…read morefriend had used Palm Beach Upholstery previously and they were extremely pleased with the advice and subsequent craftsmanship of the final cushions. We called ahead and the owner Cory had us come by his shop the same afternoon. We brought one of the five bottom cushions with us. Cory studied the cushion and then asked what we were expecting as far as firmness from the upgraded cushions. My wife and I explained to Cory what we were looking for and left the cushion at the shop. We returned the next morning with the other 4 cushions hoping the "test" cushion would be to our liking. It turned out to be perfect.! Firm and comfortable with great support. We left the 4 cushions with Cory after agreeing on what we felt was a very reasonable price for the skilled labor and very high quality foam material filler. We were called the next morning that the cushions would be ready by the late afternoon. We returned that afternoon and inspected the cushions and they were refilled as per the first. We recommend without reservation Palm Beach Upholstery for truly professional work done on a very timely basis at a fair price. MI.

When I dropped it off she again said $13.50 with no other fee mentioned. I finally texted asking for a receipt for the shirt I dropped off and low and behold it was $13.50 PLUS $25 setup fee that was never mentioned. She then texted the owner took it and it was at another store and I now couldn't get until Tuesday. I asked her which store and she changed and said it's in his car. All of this for a shirt. I requested they waive the setup fee as I had to be out waiting for the shirt from Friday until Tuesday but of course that was not accommodated.
