I spoke to one of the owners and we set an appointment date and time . Now this is the short version and where it goes bad . I show up to my appointment after confirming it , she asked me to come at 5 pm to her location. I show up and she nor her husband (owners) are at the store . I called her again she sets my appointment up and she is in Las Vegas with with husband at the Dema show . There's a young man at the location that wants to take my name and number and will have the owners call me back . I explained I was just on the phone with her. Why would anyone set up an appointment and confirm it if they were going to be out of town . There clearly was none there that could give me a price to wrap my truck . I called her while sitting outside her building . I told her I drove 35 mins in traffic on a Friday evening at 5 pm to make her appointment time she set up only to have no one there . I was furious and had wasted 1 1/2 of my time . She did nothing but apologize, but could not answer the question if you knew you were going to be out of town why set up the appointment. Why not just say to me we are scheduled to attend dema in Las Vegas . Why not just be up front and say let's meet when I'm back in a couple days . I'm sorry but anyone without that insight will not be working on any of my vehicles of property. I will never work with them again . Fair warning I don't think the establishment can be trusted .

He charged an extra $20 to put it in the ground at a property just down the street from his shop. A neighbor called me to tell me the screws fell out and the sign itself was on the grass with the stake still in the ground unmoved. I asked him if he would go back over and fix it as the mistake was on his part when he didn't install it properly. He replied by attempting to charge me another $20 and blamed the gardeners for unscrewing the plaque from the stake. This was no gardener knocking over a sign...Had the entire sign been knocked down, I would understand. This was just a job done improperly. What bad service and terrible customer care. Then when I told him I'd be writing a review about his shop, he went on yelp calling me a "con man" when he was never even a client of mine. I still regrettably paid for my sign...even though it was A) Overpriced, and B) Fell Apart. If anyone is the con man, it is this guy. Don't give him your business. I'm disgusted.
