The entire team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. Their pricing is honest and more than fair, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the final result. While your vehicle is being worked on, they even make the experience enjoyable with a comfortable waiting area, complimentary beverages, a pool table, and arcade games. It's clear they've put just as much thought into the customer experience as they have into their craftsmanship. I had my car wrapped, tinted, ambient lighting installed, and PPF applied, and the results exceeded every expectation I had. Every detail was done with precision, and they didn't stop until everything was perfect. They truly make you feel like no request is too small and no project is too big. Finding an honest, trustworthy shop can be difficult, but Frazio Auto Designs has earned my business for life. In fact, I'll be bringing my second car in next week because I wouldn't trust anyone else with it. If you're on the fence, take the leap - you won't regret it. I can't recommend Frazio Auto Designs highly enough. Their professionalism, quality of work, fair pricing, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. Easily a 10/10 experience, and I can't wait to work with them again!

Instead of just gluing the new headliner like the factory did, they sewed it in - a much smarter, long-term fix. You can tell these are skilled professionals who take pride in their work.
