Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the salon or the service I paid for. I booked the $90 Ultimate Pedicure because I wanted a relaxing, premium experience. While receiving my pedicure, I was asked if I would allow my manicure to be done at the same time because the nail technician needed to leave early to be with his baby. Wanting to be understanding and accommodating, I agreed. From that point on, the entire experience felt rushed. The Ultimate Pedicure included a hot stone massage, but it certainly did not feel like the advertised 20-minute massage. It was more of a 10 minute quick rub than an actual massage. I was especially disappointed because I assumed that having a dedicated nail technician performing the service would make the experience even better. I also requested a cat-eye manicure for the first time. Since I had never had that style before, I trusted the technician to provide what I requested. Later, I realized I never received the cat-eye effect at all, and no one mentioned it during the service. When I politely spoke with the owner about my concerns, he became argumentative instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue. I even mentioned another nearby salon known for great customer service, and his response was, "Why don't you go there then?" I found that comment rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The interaction left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Rather than showing concern for my experience or attempting to make things right, the owner seemed more focused on defending the salon than understanding why a customer was disappointed. A beautiful salon can attract customers, but quality service and genuine customer care are what keep them coming back. Unfortunately, because of the rushed services, the failure to provide what I requested, and the owner's response to my concerns, I will not be returning.
