One of the beds (17) I have to basically put all of my body weight on to try and shut it before shimmying into the teeny crack. Another bed (20) shuts on me when I try to get in it. Today I went in to see how many tans I had left after I froze my account (the policy for freezing is 30 days) and turns out they had unfrozen my account after 24 days, so my package was expired. I don't ever post reviews, especially bad ones, but I think people should be aware of these problems I've had here before choosing to spend money at this business.

And having gone back a couple times since and even dealing with different workers on different days - the customer service level is just the same. I've been used to the big chain tanning salons for so long that don't care at all about their customers which makes this place even more refreshing! I signed up for a month of unlimited tanning in the base beds (about $32/month) and I was shocked to see that they were having a sale to add on another month for only $9 more. They provide googles for your eye safety instead of making you purchase a pair every time you forget yours which I thought was great of them. I tan fairly easy and I have sensitive skin, so I normally don't use a lotion - but I looked over towards their samples and was immediately helped on what I was looking for and given suggestions based on their own use and use of the customers. I tried a sample and loved it - you receive 40% off lotion bottles, but not samples. BUT I had decided I loved the sample and bought the bottle once I was done and they took the price of the sample off the price of the lotion after already discounting it 40%. They seem to be truly in business to provide a great product and great environment for their customers.

I do love the spa services though. The have red light, a steamer and a water massager. They also have two spray tan machines. Usually there is little to no wait time either. But, if you do have to wait they have massage chairs in back for you to be all comfy as you wait. I recommend doing the streamer, red light and then getting a spray tan. Seriously, you can thank me later.

MY visa debit card and Sams care were taken out of my wallet in my purse. when I confronted the staff about it. they Said they didn't see anything because they were too busy talking to their friends. and one girl went to the drawer and got out a screw driver. I thought it was suspicious!!. I searched the room frankly looking for my cards. only a bed and table in the room. then I took the staff in the room and showed them the door lock. my cards were no where to be seen. I told them I was calling the police and filing charges. I left and went to my bank to get a new card. And they called and left a voice mail saying they found them. She took me in the room and showed me where she "Supposedly Found" my cards. and it was in Plan site. SO if that were true. then all 3 of us would have seen them when we looked at the broken lock. I call BULL!!!. And Management answer to this problem was, to cancel my membership!! this was only the 2nd time I tanned. so I had paid for a full month. NO REFUND EITHER. this was NOT a good situation. they were more concerned that I raised my voice in the tanning salon. WELL OF COURSE I DID!!. I was EMOTIONALY DISTROT!! SOMEONE had Just broke in the room where I was tanning and stole my property.. This company is out for itself. and not at all concerned for the safety of its customers.

On my first day, I spent nearly $400 on products that were a great value and covered everything I needed for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, every single visit since then has involved constant upselling and sales pitches for additional products, even after I politely explain that I already have everything I need. The pressure is so persistent that it has made me dread going in. As a result, I've only managed one visit in the past two weeks instead of my goal of multiple sessions per week. The facilities and tanning experience itself are nice, and I want to use my membership, but the aggressive sales tactics are really turning me off and hurting the overall experience. I hope management considers training staff to respect when a member has already invested significantly in products and just wants a smooth, low-pressure tan
