What can I say... this girl (me) loves a spray tan. It does wonders for my self esteem... and some how hides my cellulite. (What..everyone has it ) The staff here are super friendly and just so sweet. Completely knowledgeable about the actual tanning beds and spraying services. I personally don't use the tanning beds. I do love the spa services though. The have red light, a steamer and a water massager. They also have two spray tan machines. Usually there is little to no wait time either. But, if you do have to wait they have massage chairs in back for you to be all comfy as you wait. I recommend doing the streamer, red light and then getting a spray tan. I came in for my free service this weekend and I was forced into buying a $77 bronzer instead of getting the samples like everyone else and I already have a bottle of the bronzer. The girl was not taking no for an answer and I'm pissed off. I also have waited over 45 mins to get into one of the sun beds and everyone that has come in after me has gone before me. I don't think I will ever come back they clearly don't care about getting daily business just forcing college girls to buy overpriced lotions when they're coming in for a free session. read more

I cannot say enough great things. I am from Jersey but I was on a business trip in OKC. I walked in expecting to be treated a little poorly bc I was out of town. It was just the opposite they treated me with nothing less than VIP Treatment. The girls were so friendly and went in detail about every bed and every service. I chose to do the 3 spa, tan and spray. I have not been this relaxed in soooo long and the girls assisted me through all sessions. My only upset is that Glo is not on the East Coast! Please come soon!! Also idk if this is bc I am from out of state but the prices were amazing!! They charged me around $60 for everything, where I'm from that would have easily costed $150 !! read more

I have been going to this salon for over a year with no problems, the last 2 times I have been there has been unsatisfactory! The first time, I was told it would be 5 minutes, after 15 minutes went by, I went to the front desk and they had forgotten I was there! Today I went in and was told it would be about 10 minutes and what bed I needed to be in, but they were all full. There were other beds available. The KBL I used last time, so I needed to be in the Prestige. I get it, they are trying to, I'm sure, what they are told, but I pay the bill, I should be able to use whatever bed is available at the level I am paying! It is one particular employee that does this to me. I left! If a KBL is available again, I should be able to use it again if I want to. read more

I was hesitant to get a package because the prices were so much higher than the place before HOWEVER...you get what you pay for! I have tanned 6 times and already look 4 shades darker! The building is always clean. Makenzie K is so incredibly helpful! Compliments me every time I walk in! She knows her products and equipment very well! I would definitely recommend Glo! read more

Don't get this membership if you want to use it to spray tan. I have been three times in two weeks and each time the machine stops halfway through. I have gotten a singular successful spray tan this month with my $80/month membership. I don't understand why this company offers spray tanning if their machines do not work. I have had a tanning membership for 10 years at different spray tan companies (that were cheaper!) and have NEVER had this problem. If you can't maintain your machines, you should not offer it. This is absolutely unacceptable and so unprofessional. read more

I have loved my experience with Glo so far. It's clean, cozy, and every employee I have met is welcoming and kind. Their services are great, and they pay great attention to detail by offering robes and small towels in each room. I was nervous to go at first but now I look forward to my spa days here :) read more

Be careful when signing up. They're horrible about explaining their membership options, I signed a contract but was not given a copy or an email with the contract info. I was charged for an additional month because I didn't know I had to cancel by the 20th of the month. I asked them to please reverse the charges because of this, and they refuse! NO customer service, I'm not the only one to have experienced this, it's happened to a few others too. BE AWARE! read more

The beds are good but walking into the South OKC location is like walking onto a used car lot. The same girl pressure sells you on overpriced products. When I signed up I was told I could cancel any month before the 20th but today was told I had to wait three months. I would rather drive further, pay less, and a relaxing tanning experience. read more

The owner of the place is an douche bag & all they care about is pushing their staff too sell product 24/7. Their skin wellness & cocoon are disgusting & do not get cleaned very well. Rivera or @ the beach is a way better place to go relax & tan, oh & their red light therapy is a joke & all the products they try to push along w/it. read more
