And having gone back a couple times since and even dealing with different workers on different days - the customer service level is just the same. I've been used to the big chain tanning salons for so long that don't care at all about their customers which makes this place even more refreshing! I signed up for a month of unlimited tanning in the base beds (about $32/month) and I was shocked to see that they were having a sale to add on another month for only $9 more. They provide googles for your eye safety instead of making you purchase a pair every time you forget yours which I thought was great of them. I tan fairly easy and I have sensitive skin, so I normally don't use a lotion - but I looked over towards their samples and was immediately helped on what I was looking for and given suggestions based on their own use and use of the customers. I tried a sample and loved it - you receive 40% off lotion bottles, but not samples. BUT I had decided I loved the sample and bought the bottle once I was done and they took the price of the sample off the price of the lotion after already discounting it 40%. They seem to be truly in business to provide a great product and great environment for their customers.

They talked me into getting gel (it's supposed to last longer, we'll see) making the price go to $30. There is some slight nail peeking through the polish and the cuticle edge is a little rough. I found that the deluxe massage came with a hot towel and mentholated gel that has a cooling sensation. Followed by paraffin wax and an arm massage. I'm not sure I'll go back because there are several other places nearby that I haven't tried yet.

I think a third person was off. Kimberly created a charcuterie table for us and didn't take any other clients that day. It was soo relaxing and a great afternoon. The massage was great. Just what I needed for back, neck and head pain. He worked it all out. I wish I could bring him back to Cali with me. My only complaint was with limited professionals it was a long day. First appt was at 11am and last appointment was 5. It was a long day but with the food, drinks and zen of quiet room it went fast. This is a great couple who went out of their way to make our day special. If you haven't it tried them, what are you waiting for?

From the outside it looks like a small little shop. Upon entering you are transported to a high dollar spa. Truly a hole in the wall. (In a good way!) the bathroom was literally decked out similar to a high dollar spa. I truly loved the Christian vibe and discussion. It was clean, calm and so well equipped. I also REALLY love that Kim talked me into a lash lift/tint and out of lash extensions. She literally had me pay about half of what I would have just to give me the results I hoped for with less maintenance and money. This world is full of such unkindness and evil that it was wonderful to be surrounded by such a godly kind person. Will definitely be back!

The person that was working there was very helpful and ask if I was buying for anything specific and I told her yes I was buying for a birthday gift. I asked her what some of her top smelling bar soaps were, and she told me her favorite and a couple others. The very first one she showed me smelled like heaven. I definitely got that bar from my friend. They have so many items in there that would be great for yourself or gifts. They have some really good oils that smell amazing and I'm sure our super nourishing to the skin. I will be back to get that passion oil for myself. Upon checkout, you get a couple little pieces of sample bars of soap to try and I really like that. It will allow me to try some different ones before making my next purchase. I got two bars of soap for $15.

Three Christmas' ago my teenage son (at the time) got me a gift card from here. He worked and saved up for the gift. It wasn't a lot to the everyday person but to his momma & him it was of great sentimental value. He specifically asked if it ever expired bc he knew my health was at a low that year. They promised it never expired. I even called & asked after it was given to me for Christmas. Fast forward to last week. I have recently also moved but was back in Norman visiting & decided that since my health was better I would go use the gift card for Botox again. The worker that was there claimed that it had been four years & that gift cards expire after a year. I questioned it & she said she would reach out to the owner Ashley (which is who used to do most of my services). I was told that they would not be honoring the gift card. The card clearly says that there's no expiration date on the back. The face value is not that much to the everyday person but to me, they devalued a gift from my son. It's very unprofessional & illegal. Federal law says gift cards have to be honored for five years unless clearly marked.
