I went to Longevity to get eyebrow tattoo removed. Now I can't get anyone to redo eyebrows because of the yellow color left on my ski. I paid for Hair Removal and only got three visits and was told I had used all of my visit (probably because I complained about the other service I was not happy with. I was showed pictures of this miracle procedure that would remove/shirk stubborn belly fat and it done nothin, 00000,zilch and it was very painfu!!!!!!! I left multiple messages to see if management cared. Nope they don't! So I dispute with my credit card service and they said I should have read the fine print because it said (there is no guarantee of results because everyone is differen. What? OKAY... AMAZING. First let me start off by saying that on Tuesdays they have extended hours and are open until 7 PM, I'm so thankful for this!!!! As someone who works 9-5 Monday through Friday, this is truly such an amazing perk of the spa. Also, Paige and Lyric are so kind and knowledgeable. I went in for two consultations covering both fillers and lasers - I trust their opinion completely. Lyric was so honest and clear about every procedure. They also walk you through EVERYTHING that's happening throughout your procedure (let me know forgot to mention I had a screaming, crying, cranky 14 month old and they didn't even flinch).
