I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. I got back in my car and drove around the building to see if I was the only one there, and sure enough I was. So I parked in the front and waited until 10am. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05. I will not be giving Lindsey's my business ever again (also I was supposed to have a free massage on file because the last time I booked the massage therapist canceled that morning) and will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere for any spa needs.

I have genuinely never received such terrible service from supposed professionals in my life. They…read moreare never open and are terrible with scheduling. They make you text them and will not schedule over the phone. They typically get back to you about scheduling in 3-5 business days which would be fine if you were actually receiving something. The women are rude and make you feel dumb for asking questions. If you bought one of their "passports" from Holiday happening HA good luck cause they will never book you. It's a complete scam and so is the entire company. I genuinely don't know how they are still in business. Title: Predatory contract terms and hidden expiration rules on "Pay and Save" fundsReview:I am…read moreextremely disappointed with the service and business practices at Palm Beach Tan. When I signed up, the staff completely failed to explain the complex legal wording in the contract--specifically regarding the expiration rules for "Pay and Save" funds. It is unacceptable that money is automatically withdrawn from my debit card, yet if I do not use those funds according to their strict, uncommunicated rules, the company simply keeps my money. Hiding vital financial terms in fine print and relying on verbal sales pitches instead of clear, transparent disclosures feels predatory. Customers deserve to know exactly how their hard-earned money is handled rather than being trapped by hidden expiration dates. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest and transparent customer service. Title: Unacceptable business practices--they pocket your money with hidden rules!Review:Do not give this place your debit card information. Palm Beach Tan is pocketing customers' money through hidden contract rules that the staff completely fails to explain. They have no problem automatically withdrawing money from your account, but if you don't spend it according to their strict, uncommunicated "Pay and Save" rules, they simply keep your cash. It feels incredibly dishonest and predatory to hide these vital terms in complex fine print. The staff should be upfront about expiration dates instead of rushing people into signing contracts. I am furious with this lack of service and transparency, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place!
