I get it, things happen sometimes... but many of us are on recurring monthly memberships and pay a decent chunk of $ for a service we cannot use. I've disputed the 1/2 month charge that I'm out because of the sudden closure, and have reported to my CC company that no other charges should be allowed BUT I shouldn't have to do this. Someone should tell us something. There's a loyal customer base waiting for answers. Guess we have to take our business elsewhere...
