Just cancel please. "how about we just freeze it for now and charge just a small amount to keep your account active". No thanks just cancel. "well if you ever want to come back, the price will go up". Then I won't come back. Advice to management. Make the guest feel welcome and special. Instead of pushing upgrades. Just say, "thank you for your loyalty, if you ever need anything to improve your tanning experience, we are here for you". Simple, and I would be like oh, nice... tanning lotion.

I called around and came across Workout Anytime and talked to Brenda (owner) and she was very helpful and offered to let me workout there and give me 24/7 access to the gym during the Holidays. I used to live in Newark about 10 years ago and was very familiar with the area and was happy to see this new addition. The gym is is not all that big, but has pretty much every machine you could possibly want to use. I especially like the virtual bike trainer, something I have never seen before with a spin bike. They also offer a hydro message machine that is really nice. My only complaint would actually be on the virtual trainer bike as with most spin bikes you have at least an RPM or Mileage display. This has neither so as the virtual instructor is giving you direction you are trying to match leg movement vs keeping the RPM's he is requesting. My suggestion would be is the add a display on the bike for this or just get some spinning bikes that have this already on it.

They got my name in the system & were very informative with all of the information I needed to know and also, great recommendations for which color I should go with. It was a fair price, $43 with tax. They took me back to the room, had lip balm, towels, nose plugs, wipes, etc. for you to use before/after your spray tan. They add in the color for you and when you're ready you hop in and your spray tan starts! Super easy process, takes about 5 minutes. I am very pleased with my first time there & will be coming back very soon to get more spray tans! The color looks amazing!! I am not a tanning bed girly so I can't give a review on that. But, I can tell they take great care at this location. It was very clean & smelled good in there as well.

Everything from the friendly staff to the calming atmosphere made my first time experience even more relaxing. Can't say "relaxing" enough . The highlight of my visit was the massage, my masseuse was very receptive of my needs and areas that I wanted to be worked on. I have used their medi-spa services and both my husband and I get massages regularly. They recently joined with the Hope Valley Retreat to offer both public and private events. I was fortunate to be able to attend the February 2024 Galentine's Day event. This was my first visit to the Hope Valley property and I was blown away by the beauty of it nestled in almost 50 acres of wood. This former Longaberger homestead is a hidden gem in Newark, Ohio and the perfect location for a health and wellness retreat. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Melissa and Carolee, the owners of The Center Sanctum (the best medi-spa in town). The retreat had a cozy vibe, and I could smell the tantalizing aromas coming from the kitchen. I was provided with an individualized agenda that was customized to my selection of spa services. It was apparent that Melissa, Carolee, and their staff spent considerable time organizing the event to exceed our expectations. During the event, I attended yoga and a sound bath at the glass house on the hill that was simply breathtaking and relaxing. The cocktail making event was a blast and this was accompanied by an arrangement of mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres. The personal chef also created an elegant lunch that tasted like five-star dining (thank you Buckeye Chef!). To wrap up my day, I had three customized spa services provided by The Center Sanctum team. The Ageless facial detoxed and plumped up my skin. I felt like I had that "juicy" skin of my youth. I also received Reflexology and a Hot Stone massage. Both massages helped to release tension and ease my aching back and muscles. I felt like a million dollars when I was done! Overall, I would recommend The Center Sanctum and Hope Valley retreat services. Not only do they provide events throughout the year, but they also plan private events for individuals and businesses. These are two great businesses working together to bring joy, happiness, health, and wellness into the lives of others. I was blessed to attend this event and I know you will enjoy it, too!
