I rated two stars because the Nurse Practitioner that did my laser hair removal was super nice and made me feel comfortable.

This DripBar just opened in Gahanna/New Albany area. Located in a strip mall off North Hamilton Road near Giant Eagle. I never got a drip through an IV (except when I had surgery and that was more medication then vitamins) I was nervous at first not knowing what to expect but the staff here is amazing. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. They communicated with me the whole time and was very attentive. They have trained and registered nurses on staff monitoring and assisting the entire time. I got an energy cocktail of vitamins in my drip. My body must have needed the nutrients because I felt great instantly. I opted to lay down and they gave me a blanket. It was really cold in there and that blanket provided me some comfort. I was there for about an hour as I waited for my drip to finish. I signed up for a membership so I can keep consistent with fueling my cells with vitamins. Besides a drip, you can do compression, red light therapy, time in the sauna or visit Barbie for a facial or facial injections. This truly is a wellness center in my neighborhood. Excited to see how I feel in the days after. For now, I feel great.

However, I let the staff know and they got it the first try! It was painless and easy. Everyone was so nice, professional and fun. I can't wait to go back for another drip among other things! Thanks, girls!

I lost 2 inches in my waist, and it's stayed off, and the problem spots on my tummy, thighs, etc were smoothed over so I felt tons more confident. My husband was amazed! Latia is so easy to work with, she's very laid back and so easy to talk to. Her passion for holistic care shines through. AND Latia actually really cares about results. She's also one of the hardest working people I've met here in Columbus. We were able to work together within a budget I wanted to spend and she designed a specific plan for my body. All in all I looked forward to driving from Westerville every 3 days to get me treatments done. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for body contouring to go see Latia, she's a rare find!

Michelle always has great advice about lotions and actually knows what she is talking about, oppose to other salons that hire on teenagers who have no idea what is going on. On a couple different occasions she has even let me try her own tanning lotion sooo SCORE! I hate nothing more then spending a ton of money on a lotion and then end up getting that after tan smell (burnt.) They always have new bulbs in there beds and post which beds have them so customers are aware. After talking about which bed level was better a two or a three they upgraded me for the day letting me try the higher bed because I liked it so much....needless to say I upgraded as soon as my ten minutes was up.

She answered the phone like she was in a bad mood like that has anything to do with someone about to spend $500 and was a total monster to speak with and one of the rudest customer service people I've ever spoke to. I try to be nice to everyone nowadays but man she was making it hard and I am glad I didn't go there to pick up items. I ended up purchasing a couple of their perfumes online for in store pickup for a woman I was dating at the time. A bottle of Tom Ford and a bottle of Kilian. She ended up loving them both. She stopped by to pick them up one afternoon and I asked her how the girl was who was I spoke to. Now understand this woman is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and she said, She was a total b*tch! Yikes! Sephora... come on!
