Going to tan or spray tan should not be a stressful event but due to the lack of professionalism and customer service, it certainly is. Asking a question or wanting to make a change or maybe even showing up is met with attitude and rudeness. Peyton is the worst but there are several rude employees. This situation got so bad that I cancelled and changed to a salon that farther from my home, has inferior equipment and isn't as clean. That's how uncomfortable the staff made me feel.
