So I went to the studio on bridge and the owner kindly gave me a consultation and for me set up with Maia to fix the color. Maia was amazing and got my hair to look almost exactly like the inspiration picture I brought in. She was kind, knowledgeable and set realistic expectations. Wonderful experience. While I won't be returning to that big name salon again, the studio on bridge has a lifelong customer in me now!

Then I got a call from the salon letting me know an appointment for 30 mins later had cancelled and they could fit me in!!! This was not only good luck, but a sign of great customer service! They were very attentive to get me started with removing old polish while waiting for my technician to finish with her previous client. You could tell that they have a lot of regular clients because everyone (clients and employees) were talking like old friends. My dip manicure turned out amazing and I can't wait to go back!!!

The stylist started out combing my hair completely to the wrong side/part until I corrected them. That was another giveaway--not even asking the client or observing the part as it's normally worn. The haircut itself was pretty uneventful, but uneven. I was left with some strands longer than others. Some pros are the nice staff and ease of online reservations. They weren't very busy when I was there and the staff members were loitering; I felt on display as the only client in their salon at the time. The pedicure stations looked nice, as does their spa services, but I'd skip the haircut.
