The lighting must not be that good in the room, or my eyeballs just hurt from the yanking of hair, because I did not see that entire patches of hair was missed on both legs in different spots. I didn't see this until I got home. I've been here NUMEROUS times and this is the first time this has occurred. I definitely know to not have this particular technician ever again. I'm just glad it isn't summer time and needed my legs perfectly waxed. I'm just trying to get ahead of the game and get them prepared for spring/summer. I will be sure to inspect my legs before leaving (and letting eyes adjust!) at all my future appointments!!

This is such an amazing place. If I could afford it I'd literally go every day. Elina (might have…read moremisspelled her name) took care of me when I went there, and I felt so incredibly special because all her attention was on me. She worked on me for at least two hours, and in that time transformed my rough, corse feet into smooth and healthy looking feet and also gave me the most refreshing facial to bring my skin back to good health. The whole time she worked on me she explained the science behind it all and it was so intriguing. I've never left a business feeling as incredibly awesome as I did walking out of this place. I'm not going to lie, I felt so refreshed and happy it was what I could only describe as a natural high. I'm now a customer for life!

The design, especially the "S" swirl, came out very messy and uneven instead of clean like the picture. Two of my nails are also noticeably crooked, which is really disappointing after paying for a full set. The experience itself also wasn't great. The person doing my nails was pretty aggressive, which made the appointment uncomfortable. They spent a lot of time on their phone, and the salon felt very disorganized. It was also extremely cold inside, there was no music playing, and although there were TVs, only two were on and nothing was playing, making the atmosphere feel awkward. Overall, I don't feel like I received the quality or experience I was expecting. I hope they improve both their customer service and attention to detail.

I got up and looked at the crap she did and said I am NOT paying for this, fix it now and then I will pay. She takes me back, says let's do gel. I'm like okay whatever. She rushes through that as well. There is bubbles, bulging sides into skin, cut me, they are TERRIBLE!!! I will NOT ever come back here.
