I haven't had my nails done in a very long time, but she was patient with me when it came to deciding on a shape, and she constantly asked if I liked my nails before moving onto the next step. It's not often you go to a salon where you talk to the nail tech, let alone the whole time! I had no clue an hour and a half had gone by when we finished! My nails look so clean and elegant. I keep going back because I'm a SAHM and when I get the opportunity to get a pedicure, I take it (ifkyk) For starters, I got my eye brows waxed and tinted. I asked for brown and wanted to just clean up my brows. Instead I received very thin brows and a tint so dark and black that I walked out looking like Mr Magoo. Then, as I was getting my pedicure, the gentlemen was in a rush (they had a long day and it was late, I get it) but he ripped the skin on my big toe so bad that it was painful to even touch. I kept asking him to stop touching it, stop messing with it, just stop. He wouldn't listen until finally I said I was happy to finish with the pedicure part but did not want my toes painted at this time -I had originally asked for a gel pedicure with their NuSkin option($65) that included hot stones and I originally asked for a paraffin was as well. Because of the pain I did not want any heat or wax on the open wound so I cancelled that as well. When I went to pay, I was charged for all of the things I originally asked for (gel pedicure, paraffin, and hot stones) despite not being able to receive them because of the gentlemen's mistake. Again, accidents happen but the fact that I was charged for these services and basically forced to come back or lose out on my money is absolutely ridiculous and has completely stolen my trust in this business. I usually don't leave reviews but when I woke up this morning and saw my brows again and still have pain strong pain in my toe, I decided I would let the public know. If you cancel a service because of their mistakes, be prepared to be charged for them anyways. No one should leave a salon in almost tears.
