As a couple who goes to Alphaland and Species (very well known gyms), this was so rude. So we walked out the door. BUT when we came here, Gage was so amazing to us!! Greeted us as we walked in, told us about the day passes, and answered any questions we had. While working out, he would walk around, re-rack the equipment if needed, and/or wipe anything down that needed to be cleaned. Once we were leaving, he asked how we liked the place and if we enjoyed our workout. He also recommended some good restaurants around town and it was so helpful! 10/10 would come back just to work out and see Gage again!

The police sent in an undercover officer with marked bills and set up a camera in the parking lot too. They caught him red handed. From my understanding, this salon is still owned by the same couple. A really nice woman and we talked quite a bit about what I wanted and most importantly about what I didn't want. I could not be more pleased with the color, highlights and cut. The new pricing if I want to use the new beds increases to $130 a month, that is just wrong. If you have been a member and have been told you will be locked in at a price they should honor that instead they are charging old members new member prices so screw the loyal customers apparently it means nothing. Very disappointing. These places just don't care about customer retention and will lie to get you sucked in.
