She told me the system they use was having issues. She was extremely empathetic about my frustration and told me they were working on it. I decided to try again this morning and what a surprise when it wasn't working again. It's been almost a week now and I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to cancel my membership. This is just carelessness on the management at this point. I do not recommend this gym.

The new pricing if I want to use the new beds increases to $130 a month, that is just wrong. If you have been a member and have been told you will be locked in at a price they should honor that instead they are charging old members new member prices so screw the loyal customers apparently it means nothing.
