The new pricing if I want to use the new beds increases to $130 a month, that is just wrong. If you have been a member and have been told you will be locked in at a price they should honor that instead they are charging old members new member prices so screw the loyal customers apparently it means nothing. Very disappointing. These places just don't care about customer retention and will lie to get you sucked in.

I witnessed her talking bad about a couple members while on the job multiple times. She has had several members memberships cancelled just because she doesn't want the members around. The other day there was a safety hazard I brought to her attention and she blew up on me saying I was harassing her. She then had my membership cancelled and we watched a woman trip over the vacuum cord not even 2 minutes after I mentioned it. The management seems to only care about her input and not other members input or safety, as I have expressed my concerns and complaints before. All respect for members and their safety is gone when she works and they protect their toxic environment by not doing anything about the employees causing/allowing it.
