I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. Figured it was time for the 18 year old battery to be changed. They were able to do this right away. Unfortunately, they discovered that part of my key fob was broken.
