I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. Figured it was time for the 18 year old battery to be changed. They were able to do this right away. Unfortunately, they discovered that part of my key fob was broken. It will still be able to be used to drive the car. They tested it and at least now I will be able to open the trunk with the fob.
