I'm 42, so Reema and I have done Microneedling, Botox, Filler, Sculptra etc. I've done it all. Most recently, we did the cool peel which I had never done before. This has been one of my very favorite treatments yet - recommended by Reema to help with skin elasticity, tone, pores and just general brightening and glow (I'm sure there's more but I have no idea what they are - I just know my skin looked better than it has EVER looked). It was unbelievable how different (amazing) my skin looked about six days after we did the cool peel. Obviously, Reema is not just an amazing doctor - she's an ARTIST. She's able to look at every individual face and give amazing recommendations based on skin type, age, ethnicity etc. I trust her implicitly - she always makes recommendations with her patient in mind and every recommendation she has EVER made to me has been a slam-dunk. Not to mention, she's an absolute doll and the staff is so warm, welcoming and fun that sometimes I go to my appointment half an hour early just to hang out (I love you, Paul). True story. I live right around the block from the office, so there's plenty of places that provide some of the treatments that Reema does - I've actually branched out and tried a few at other offices and I can say with complete confidence that there isn't a clinician out there who knows how to manage skin the way Reema does. My wedding is in three weeks and there's not a single doctor I would let touch my face except for her, because she's absolutely exceptional. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable right away. I came in and was pleased to know that Barbara has been an RN for over 20 years, (sorry Barb, not trying to age you. You don't look it). I also had little red blood vessels on my cheeks, and one under my nose; On my second visit I mentioned them to her, and said, "Do you know of any kind of cream or treatment I could use to get rid of these. They drive my crazy!". They've obvious, she had to have noticed them before. And she said, "I actually can remove those for you if you'd like". I was blown away.. I didn't believe it. I asked why she didn't mention this to me before, and she said, "I'm here to help you. But I'm not someone who is here to take advantage. I'm not here to push treatments on you. Decided to text the number and I received my response in a couple of minutes. I was lucky there was a last minute appointment available for the same day. To my surprise the spa was very well put together with an ambience of peace and comfort. Then I met Sasha, my skin guru! She is approachable, listens and doesn't push you to purchase and she genuinely cares about your concerns. I came in with an open mind and asked for her expertise. I have hyperpigmentation issues and I'm always wearing heavy foundation to cover this up. Sasha introduced me to Charcoal laser facial; applies a charcoal mask all over face, avoiding eye and mouth area, then goes over with a laser. We started on a small area to see how sensitive my skin was and to get an idea of that's the route I was looking for. Well....the difference was seen immediately and my horrible brown spots started to look lighter and I was sold! I decided to purchase a package of 5 treatments.
